Recently I bought an Apple Watch series 10 and when I want to go to my favourite playlist it crashes. Even when I want to go to downloads, it crashes. Has Anyone got the same problem? And how do I fix this?

Exactly the same issue unfortunately. Hope Deezer will fix that quick

Hi @Tessa Merino Osoro @Apow35 are you still experiencing problems with Deezer on your Apple watch?
Thanks

@Jaime.Deezer yes I still have the same problem unfortunately.

Still have too

At old watch SE have sometimes same issue

We have tested on our side with Apple watch 10 and it works fine without crashing.
Could you please try the following troubleshooting and let me know if if works?:

  • reinstall the Deezer app
  • Restart your Apple watch by pressing and holding both the Digital Crown and side button until the Apple logo appears and try again

Thanks

I have exactly the same problem and have tried uninstalling the application on my phone and on my Apple watch as well as restarting my Apple watch but the problem persists. As soon as I press ‘playlist’ or ‘download’ the app crashes.

At SE crush sometimes when open playlist sometimes when playing, but most popular situation - music autopause

Same. Apple Watch 10 and crashes in exactly the same way others have described. (England)

Hi all. There is an update on Apple watch OS (watchOS 11.0.1 ) that could help to fix the problem.
Could you please update your watchOS and then try again?
Thanks for your help

AT SE last verison only current 10.6.1

@Jaime.Deezer Any information about fixing crushes at watches (or Autopause without watches)

Hello @Zaznetkherson! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Deezer on your Apple Watch Series 10.

App crashes can be super frustrating. As @Jaime.Deezer mentioned before, here are the steps the developers suggest for now:

  1. Reinstall the Deezer App – Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Deezer app on your Apple Watch.

  2. Restart the Device – Restart your watch by pressing and holding both the Digital Crown and the side button until you see the Apple logo, then open Deezer again to see if the issue is resolved.

  3. Update watchOS – Make sure you’re on the latest version, watchOS 11.0.1, as it may include fixes that could help with stability.

These steps have helped some users, so hopefully, they work for you too!

Please let us know if these steps help or if you find another solution.

@Leonídia.Deezer i have trouble with Apple Watch SE, not 10 series. This problem i have about year. Last ios update for my watch is 10.5

@Leonídia.Deezer same trouble described at another open topic, and its been no fixing yet

Hello @Zaznetkherson I was reviewing this topic and I noticed that the incident opened by our developers was closed a couple of days ago.

With the recent updates from Apple and our updates in the Deezer app, we couldn’t reproduce any more the issue.

Do you still have issues? If yes, please give us as many details as you can:

  • Version of OS Apple Watch and mobile phone
  • Deezer version installed
  • What devices are connected to the phone - Earphones, Watch, … (give us the model for each device)
  • Step by step how we can reproduce the same issue you have
