Recently I bought an Apple Watch series 10 and when I want to go to my favourite playlist it crashes. Even when I want to go to downloads, it crashes. Has Anyone got the same problem? And how do I fix this?

We have tested on our side with Apple watch 10 and it works fine without crashing.
Could you please try the following troubleshooting and let me know if if works?:
- reinstall the Deezer app
- Restart your Apple watch by pressing and holding both the Digital Crown and side button until the Apple logo appears and try again

I have exactly the same problem and have tried uninstalling the application on my phone and on my Apple watch as well as restarting my Apple watch but the problem persists. As soon as I press ‘playlist’ or ‘download’ the app crashes.

Reinstall the Deezer App – Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Deezer app on your Apple Watch.

Restart the Device – Restart your watch by pressing and holding both the Digital Crown and the side button until you see the Apple logo, then open Deezer again to see if the issue is resolved.

With the recent updates from Apple and our updates in the Deezer app, we couldn’t reproduce any more the issue.
Do you still have issues? If yes, please give us as many details as you can:
- Version of OS Apple Watch and mobile phone
- Deezer version installed
- What devices are connected to the phone - Earphones, Watch, … (give us the model for each device)
- Step by step how we can reproduce the same issue you have
At iphone using Soundcore headphones now and problem is gone away)
