When I'm listening to a playlist I can no longer play added tracks from My MP3s anymore.

When I play those tracks on my cell phone, the error code it tells me is "Error: MS0675"

The little I've tried on the computer hasn't given me any problems.

I have a paid Deezer subscription and deleting the application or the cache has not worked.

go to the playlist and uncheck the “downloaded” box

then, click again and it will download ur playlist songs and the mp3 too

worked fine for me

It still doesnt work. Your devs are a joke.

MS0675. Error: Failed to play. The requested content is not loading.

iPhone 11, latest iOS 18, app updated.

Same problem, different error message. Years of development and can't play a simple mp3 file.

Over one month and this is still not fixed? Playing mp3 was always buggy, but recently I cannot get a single one to work. This is unacceptable and I am migrating my playlist to another streaming service right now.

Two weeks later, im still having problems playing my MP3s.

On mobile, everything works fine now.

On desktop, im able to play everything in “My MP3s” tab but im not able to play them in my “Favorite tracks” tab. Error message “MS3000”.

600 people work at Deezer. Can you please tell one of them to look at this and maybe just maybe fix it?

I’ve been paying for this app for years.

Same issue here :(

Hello @vladimirx @Marcos Sanches @Dakta @Dawg, thanks for reaching out!

I’m sorry, but there’s no update on this at the moment.

Our teams are aware of the issue, and they're working on it, but it needs further technical investigation.

Thanks for your patience! I’ll let you know if I hear anything new!

Try going to Favorites > Playlists> My MP3s and changing the sorting order for the music in the playlist. That usually fixes issues with MP3s not playing for me.

(this worked for me) add an album and artist name.

This has just started happening to me as well and I’m a Premium paid subscriber. Not at all acceptable and the fact that this has languished on for a month now is vividly displaying the sheer incompetence and lackadaisical manner of prioritisation of this problem. What are we paying for to receive sub-standard and hapless service such as this? You know what this will incur? Scores of subscribers and users of Deezer to take to social media and express their discontent and shoddy experience which will in turn result in cancelled subscriptions, loss of customers and a justified bad reputation mark that will deliver financial losses.

I would alert the executive management of this company to that reality and perhaps have them contract developers who can resolve this quickly. Remediation in the form of adding a free month to all affected subscribers would be in order for an issue lasting this long.

I too am getting the error MS0674 when trying to play my MP3s. Some of the MP3s will play but others will not. I've cleared cash, storage, and redownload the app and this error still persists

This is quite frustrating because a big reason why I got deezer premium was to be able to add my own mp3s. I know that there are other streaming services that offer this service. My subscription bill just went through, but if this is not fixed before my next bill I'll be switching to another steaming service.

Have you tried some of the suggestions mentioned here?

Yes, and they’ve done nothing to resolve the problem. The onus is not upon the paying customers to derive work-arounds and hit or miss fixes. It is fully on the company that we are paying to utilise paid services offered. 7 days since the last “We’re aware of the issue and we’re working on it” without a proper detailed current update is just boilerplate corporate speak and delaying tactics used as a pacifier. There are financial consequences for not prioritising legitimate and reproducible issues and people will not renew subscriptions and move to streaming services that value their customers.

To resolve the "Error: MS0675" when trying to play songs from your MP3s on Deezer playlists, you can try the following steps:

  1. Check File Format: Ensure that the MP3 files are in a compatible format with Deezer. Sometimes, unsupported file formats can cause playback issues.

  2. Re-upload Your MP3s: If the files seem fine, try removing and then re-uploading the MP3 tracks to your Deezer library. This can sometimes fix linking issues.

  3. Update the App: Make sure your Deezer app is updated to the latest version on your mobile device. An outdated app can lead to errors.

  4. Clear App Cache: While you've tried this, ensure you clear the app cache again through your phone settings. Go to Settings > Apps > Deezer > Storage > Clear Cache.

  5. Reinstall the App: Since deleting the app didn't work, try uninstalling it completely and then reinstalling it. This can help fix any corrupted files or settings.

  6. Contact Deezer Support: If the error persists, reach out to Deezer’s customer support for assistance. They may have more specific solutions for this error code.

By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the playback issue with your MP3 tracks.

And without any fanfare or notification it appears that this longstanding issue has been finally resolved. I have done nothing save the steps that didn’t work and it appears the Deezer devs and engineers have worked out, tested and deployed a back-end change. The MP3 functionality has returned and all works now as normal. Why I am telling all about this in the Deezer community rather than a Deezer representative is curious.

Well then, as I went to check my Mp3’s I did notice that more of them now play. Not all, but more than previously. So I go to advance further in to the tune and the app swipes to the next track. Every time. It’s in the details.

The same here - most of them finally playing, but not all.

Hello @martin.vidan @theghostman @BigFKahuna great to hear that things got back to normal. I apologize for my lateness to acknowledge your recent feedbacks.

For the tracks that were not playing, did you try to upload them again?

@Leonídia.Deezer Hi, yes, I’ve tried re-uploading them, but they still won’t play. Other uploaded files are playing fine, so it seems to be an issue with the MP3 codec, bitrates, or something similar.
