Missing albums + PC client is awful to navigate + Random playlists being shoved in my face

Hi, recently I paid for a year of deezer family and so far I’ve been dislking this app more and more, there are issues and outright missing features everywhere on the app.Navigating an artist page on the desktop app (and often on android too) is AWFUL, how the hell do I get to their discography? I’M THERE TO LISTEN TO THEIR MUSIC, SHOW ME THEIR F’ING ALBUMS!! If you’re lucky you’re shown their singles and EP’s but good luck finding their albums, ah but of course, enjoy the 2 thousand random playlists that artist appears in, quite useful! And today I came across music just outright dissapearing from the app.Armageddon - The 1st Album by Aespa: Album shows up in my favorites but 8 out of 10 songs are unavailable.First two songs are available but under a different album.Chill Kill - The 3rd Album by Red Velvet: Album is outright gone, can only see one song in my liked but it is unavailable, clicking on the album name returns an error page. And amongst all the awful things this app has, on

Why Deezer stops working on Moon Mind 1 platform?

Hi, about month ago deezer stops working on my Moon 180d streamer? Is there any chance to fix it? Moon support says that Deezer change something and they are contacting deezer support to solve the problem. How long can it take?Best regards,Łukasz.

Deezer not casting on Onkyo

Trying to cast music from phone to Onkyo TX NR 6100 to no avail. Used 3 different Android phones (Motorola, Xiaomi, Huawei), none works. Receiver and apps updated to latest versions, connected to same wifi network. Deezer app recognizes receiver from Google Cast, shows as connected, even volume on receiver can be turned up and down remotely from Deezer app, but music keeps playing on phone. This problem doesn't happen with Spotify, which casts music into receiver smoothly with no issues from either phone. Playing Deezer directly from the receiver itself although working, is utterly cumbersome. Bluetooth quality sucks. Without the casting function, keeping my subscription is pointless, rather have Spotify. please help!

Deezer Connect and Eversolo DMP-A8

Hello, I have a problem with Deezer Connect and the Eversolo DMP-A8. The Deezer app installed on the device works fine but when I use the app on my Ipad or Iphone and try to select Deezer Connect audio outputs it does not show me any available devices. The Eversolo, ipad and iphone are on the same LAN and the devices are logged into the same Deezer account. Other apps like Tidal Connect, Spotify Connect work fine. Apple AirPlay also. Any suggestions?

When my phone is in a poket and I'm walking Deezer jumps from a song to the next during the song, dom't letting end it.

As I said Deezer on my phone jumps from a song to another while the phone is in my pocket in the middle of the song. It doesn't let finish it. It's weeks since it happening.

HIGH mobile data usage

After numerous tests and multiples un-installed and re-installed processes, i had no other options than sharing my frustration here.Deezer will consume a LOT of mobile data and despite using the BASIC sound mode for mobile, it will consume up to 4mb/s resulting in an average of 50-70mb per tracks. I downloaded GlassWire and monitored each and every settings from Deezer and even found that the STANDARD mode will use a less as 900kb/s whereas the BASIC used a minimum of 1279kb/sI made use i stopped the app after each settings change and restart it before testing. Today, i cannot enjoy my trips to work without stressing about bursting my monthly data plans..Things were fine 2 months ago, just decided to act weird after every updates…Using the latest deezer with Android 14Come on Deezer, you claim millions of users worldwide which makes you USD 11,000,000.00 per month if we consider only ONE million premium members. And you guys cannot make sure the app is working as claimed and advertised

How do I restart an inactive app?

Shuffle downloaded music bug

When I select "shuffle play" in the downloaded music section of the Android app, I get the message "in offline mode you can only listen to previously downloaded playlists and al..." There are two issues here: 1. I am trying to shuffle downloaded music, which can be played individually as albums; 2. I am not in offline mode.I have already uninstalled and reinstall the app, but the problem persists. Can anyone help please?

Yamaha Musiccast and Deezer connection problem

Hi, Since a month i've got troubles with Deezer and MusicCast via the Yamaha RX-A4A over and over again. The problem is that after a song or 2 or 3 Deezer stops playing music, also searching in my favorites does not work. Besides that a lot of times "no music" or that i'm not logged in anymore. This is becoming very annoying. I've read several forum topics but none of them gives me an solution. The weird part is sometimes it works again for serval hours, but it is not a specific time or day you can pin point. What i've tried:- Removing the MusicCast app from my Android (version 14) phone and reinstall the app (tested multiple phones) (version 5.70)- Resetting the Deezer password- Factory reset Yamaha RX-A4A- Restarting network modem and router- Setup a static IP address in the router for the Yamaha- Turning off battery management in the MusicCast app - Updating the Yamaha receiver with the latest firmware (2.03/3.14) None of them did the trick. Hope someone from support has an solution

Song skipping like a scratched cd

I am using a Moto z2 play Android phone. In the last 6 months I've started to notice my songs are skipping like a scratched cd and have been producing this popping noise. It started out on just one or two songs but not is like every 5th song. And it is always the same songs. I have I downloaded the playlists that seem to be affected and have uninstalled the Deezer app, restarted my phone and then reinstalled Deezer. It fixes it for a few weeks and then its back.

Deezer Offline doesn't work in Mac!

I have downloaded my favourite tracks on my mac but when I don’t have net connection it cannot play them. So basically offline playing in Mac doesn’t work!Any idea to solve that? Is it a deezer problem?

New iphone hasn't synced my Deezer downloads

I have a new iPhone. I synced from my previous phone with no problem - except all my Deezer downloads - playlists and albums - are no longer downloaded.  Is there a quick fix?  Thanks David

Problem with android mobile app

Need help! I have paid turkish accaunt.but now I live in Russia.  Today mobile android app asked to log in. And when I tryed to enter my email, app indicated: “sorry currently you can’t sign up in you country”. Tryed to use VPN including Turkish server, but nothing happened. But on a desktop I still can log in my deezer accaunt

Everytime I open the app the song I was last listening to restarts

Everytime I open the app the song I was last listening to restarts. If I am listening to a song and pause it while not in the app and wait over 5 minutes and then try to play the song again it doesn't work and then I have to open the app and then start the song at the beginning again. I just want to know if there's a way to get Deezer to remember where I was in a song and keep playing from there.

Deezer for Windows App - Unable to Open App

I’m encountering an issue with the Deezer for Windows app. When I try to open the app, it automatically launches my computer's default browser, asking for my Deezer login details and requiring me to complete a Captcha. After successfully logging in, I press "Open Deezer Music," but nothing happens.I’m currently paying for a subscription, but I’m unable to access the music I’ve paid for, which is frustrating and disappointing. I’m reconsidering my subscription because of this issue.Additionally, I don’t believe I should need to be online or use a browser to log into an app where I have downloaded music that I’ve already paid for.Could you please assist in resolving this problem?Thank you.
