Security certificate issue on a number of devices

Hello Community, Due to a global security certificate expiration, a number of devices (particularly older devices) have started experiencing connectivity issues between some of our partner’s servers and the Deezer platform. We are contacting our partners to let them know that an update is necessary from their end in order to solve the issue. Deezer player widget disappeared (android)?

Hi, widget on android phone worked fine till I connected with android TV to stream some music. Together with that widget just disappeared from phone screen. I've tried to add it aganin but now I see only 2 available widgets: Playlists and Flow. Where is player widget?? Lock screen widget works fine. Thanks. Edit: I reset my phone and widget was back. I added it to phone screen, started streaming to TV and widget disappeared in the same moment. Any idea?

Chromecast and Android: No 'play next' or 'add to queue'

Using Deezer on Android. When Chromecasting I cannot select 'play next' or 'add to queue' for songs. The options are greyed out. They work fine if I stop casting. I've seen similar posts going back months on here and can't believe this basic functionality hasn't been sorted out.

Deezer App disconnects from Google cast but music keeps playing

I am able to cast music successfully from my iPhone X Deezer app to my google cast device enabled speakers. I notice that if I swipe the app away and use my phone for other things and re-open the Deezer app, it forgets that it is still casting to my speakers. As such, I’m unable to skip tracks or adjust volume through the app unless I cast again - anyone else experienced this issue?

Mp3s stop working when I add tags/album art

A couple of days ago, I tried uploading a couple of mp3s of audio I’d taken from a BBC Live Lounge youtube video. Now, when I do this, I use mp3 tag to add tags and cover art. Never had any problems with it before. So they uploaded fine, but every time I tried to play them, deezer would say there was a problem and refuse to play them. I tried deleting and reuploading them, same problem.Oh no, I thought, uploaded mp3s are broken again. But to triple check, I uploaded a different mp3. That one worked. So I thought maybe something was wrong with the original mp3 files, so I redownloaded them and uploaded them - this time without bothering to add tags and art, because I wanted to make sure they worked first before wasting my time. And they worked, hurrah! But I don’t like having blank album art/artist/album, so I added those back and reuploaded one. Aaaaaand… deezer wouldn’t play it, said there was a problem. Again. So it would seem something about adding tags/album art is stopping these t

yamaha musiccast music drops and cuts out

Hi everyone, hope someone can assist with a weird issue I've been having for the past couple of weeks (which didn't before, on the same network and same setup). Recently, I've been experiencing audio cuts/drops when streaming deezer to my yamaha musiccast devices (RXV6A avr and a Musiccast 20). The odd thing is that it only happens around the same time everyday (can run all day with no issues whatsoever but will start glitching at around 7:30 in the evening). The network is solid (500 Mbps broadband, cast through a Netgear RAX20 router - WiFi 6 - and very good signal to both devices), and again no issues whatsoever at other time of day or any other devices. It feels like a cache issue as if I pause the playback for a bit it seems to be a bit better, it also helps when I skip the song somehow but I can't explain how it's flawless the rest of the day. Anyone experienced similar? Thanks

Sleep timer disappeared

I have been a very satisfied Deezer user for many years. But the latest version (8.0.36.4 on Samsung Galaxy S25+) seems to have lost the sleep timer. In addition, the options menu (3 dots in the upper right corner) is not opening. Could this please be fixed?

Anyone working for Deezer can explain why my android app keeps crashing since your major release (the one with the new branding)?

I've noticed performance issues for a while but the frequency now makes me reconsider my decade long loyalty for Deezer… Any idea? My app is obviously up to date, with available storage and such… Thanks

Shuffle mode not working on chromecast integration with Deezer

Hello I'd like to ask, why the shuffle button disappears when I play music by Chromecast. Overall, Chromecast music playback works very poorly. Disconnections are common. When I play on headphones or Bluetooth it’s fine. Thanks

Deezer macOS app is still register as "open at login" even if it is disabled in settings

Every time I open Deezer app on my MacBook, it registers itself as app “open at login”, despite I disabled it in Deezer app settings. It’s very annoying.

Hello there I use to ask Siri to play “flow on Deezer” but recently there’s an error. She says “I need to stay in Deezer” why?? I cannot command it? Did something change on Deezer? all the settings are the same on Siri or my iPhone. thanks in advance

Hi! I ran into that problem, that I can't play my uploaded mp3s on my Android TV. However I placed them into playlists, they don't appear. Is there any solution for that?

When are you going to fix your downloads?

Seriously, this is ridiculous. How can I go from having 1500+ songs downloaded to waking up one day and NONE of them stream in offline mode. This has been the same garbage since I started using this in 2020. It's been 5 years and you guys haven't done much but remove features and break the ones you kept. HOW? I find it insane that even with my low expectations and standards for any streaming app, all of you fail to do the most basic thing. Wtf are you doing with our money? Certainly not using it to improve anything.

Search bar non-functionning on browser

Dear all, I noticed that the search bar on my browser seem to not give any results anymore, no matter the words I search for. See below: Is there any reasons for this? I noticed the issue on two different laptops. It might be with my account for X or Y reason. Many thanks for guidance and help!

Doesn’t matter what software I use, I’m getting this error: "The requested content is not loading. Error: MS1002"In freshly installed Android app, in Windows 10 app, just in browsers - MS Edge, Firefox, Waterfox, never mind. I logged out/in, cleaned cookies, caches etc.

My google nest is not playing Deeze

Hi,I am in Australia and I have just bought Google Nest and set Deezer as my music provider. However, although Nest attempts to play Deeeze, it come back saying that “sorry, something went wrong. When you are ready gives it another try”.My Deezer account and Google Nest are the same (a gmail account). I have also added my nest device to my Google Home. I think I have tried almost all options that I found, but without results.Would someone know how to fix this problem? Any tip will be most welcome.

No Longer Able To Browse Playlists When in CarPlay

Anyone else have or had this problem? Since the last app update, i have noticed that i can no longer browse a playlist or download folder when in carplay mode. When i select a playlist or downloads from the favourites, it just plays the first track in the list. I cant view the playlist and select a track. I now have to hit the next button to move tracks and that only works sequentially. I have deleted and reinstalled Deezer and also reset CarPlay and still got the same issue.

The same 50 songs come up when I'm playing my music.

I have 4900+ songs in my list & the same 50 songs keep coming up. I used to pay but I stopped because it was to expensive. I’m a free user. Wheatus came up with one song in between. Don’t get me wrong, I like the song, but twice with 1 song in between. I listened to it the next day & today. I’ve gone into settings & deleted what I could (without deleting all). The same thing happens - I get the same 50 songs coming up. I love KMFDM but Godlike is all that comes up. I have 20 tracks but the only one I hear is Godlike. I can’t remember the last time I heard The Tiger Lillies or Nancy Sinatra. Your algorhythm is all screwy. My phone is an Andriod last years model. The same thing happens on my computer. Please fix this.

Deezer volume goes to 50% when connected to car bluetooth

Hi, since few updates ago, when Deezer connects to my bluetooth car audio it automatically lowers the volume to 50%…no matter how I left it. It’s annoying Is this a bug or something to disable in the settings? Thanks.

connecting to Sony WiFi speaker

Hello, In recent weeks Deezer is not connecting well to my Sony WiFi speaker. Spotify does it and so does YouTube, so it seems to be a Deezer issue. It takes a long time to connect and then, if once connected, it lags a lot. Sometimes the app seems to detach from the speaker and the speaker keeps on playing the old playlist, but I can't control it anymore and the only way to stop the music is to manually switch off the speaker. Very annoying, if not solved I'll have to cancel my family subscription, I'm afraid.

Deezer LG TV App Explicit Conent

How do I disable explicit content on the Deezer LG TV app ? I’ve disabled it on my iOS device via the settings but this doesn’t replicate over to the app on the LG TV on the TV app in settings there are no options other than log out. I’m signed in to both with the same user so I thought the same settings would apply but it appears not

can't login on my phone anymore

Ik heb problemen met inloggen op 1 van mijn apparaten. Eerder luisterde ik vaak via mijn telefoon naar Deezer, maar nu kan ik de app niet meer gebruiken want ik kan niet inloggen. Ik heb de app verwijderd en opnieuw geïnstalleerd, maar dat heeft niet geholpen. Ik heb het geprobeerd via inloggen zonder wachtwoord, via emailadres, maar dat lukt ook niet. Kan iemand mij helpen? I'm having trouble logging in on one of my devices. I used to often listen to Deezer on my phone, but now I can no longer use the app because I can't log in. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but that didn't help. I tried logging in without a password, via email address, but that didn't work either. Can someone help me?
