Deezer Duo subscription not working

Paid for Deezer Duo and the Payment went through and after that it asked me to change country (because I have changed the country of residence where I live since opening Deezer for the first time) but the subscription is not yet there. What should I do? How can I resolve this?

No, it did not ask for such a thing, it just asked to change the country and then returned back again to the payment as if I had not completed it already. I will probably open a ticket.

I have Deezer duo and I’m adding a 2nd person to it. Every time she tries to use it , adverts are played so it’s clearly not linked

That shouldn’t normally happen. You and the other user should be able to listen to music without ads.

Could you please double‑check whether they are using the correct login details (email address) that you entered?

As you are the main account holder, you can see which email address you have added, and this should be the same one they use in Deezer. Would you be able to check this?
