Okay so put the app on my phone I didn't really go into any great detail on it until recently which I added my birthday I never asked for a premium subscription but it gave me one and took my money when I never asked for it I haven't even added any type of card at all to the account at all you hear me but yet they charge my PayPal account $11.99 with my PayPal card has never been put on the app never has I don't even understand none of this and you can't talk to a human being yeah I don't like this this is BS at the top level That's my idea you know what my idea is I'm fixing to report this app and the people that don't seem to wonder support it like they should the people who developed the app and give then live human beings to speak to about this yeah I'm pissed off people Y'all got cards they should have never been even charged I'm mad at PayPal too this is so wrong I'm 68-year-old retiring and I lived on a very small budget All I do is put the app on my phone never ask for nothing but yeah y'all going to charge me $11.99 or something I supposed to be getting for free in the first place and charge your cards I never put on the app Tell me how about that how bad happened yeah I'm fixing to go down I'm so mad right now I can spit nails I'm telling y'all this ain't right I'm telling you ain't right it's as shady as all get out!!!!?!!!!!

To stop Deezer from automatically charging your PayPal account, you must cancel your subscription directly via the Deezer platform.

For an immediate block, you can also stop the automatic payment agreement directly inside your PayPal account.

Cancel through Deezer
Log into your account on the Deezer Support page.
Go to Account Settings (or the gear icon).
Select Manage my subscription.
Choose Cancel my subscription, confirm your reason, and click Confirm.

Stop auto-pay in PayPal
Log into your PayPal Account.
Click the gear icon at the top right corner of the page.
Select the Payments tab.
Click on Manage your Automatic Payments.
Select the payment corresponding to Deezer.
Click Cancel and confirm.

Did you subscribe directly on the Deezer website, or through a mobile app like the App Store or Google Play?
