Hi I installed Deezer family so my partner in the Philippines can use it as I live in France.....after taking the payment for one month he can't join as in a different country....so completely useless and money wasted. If you can't sort it out so he can join on my account I will probably have to delete and use a platform more adapted for my needs.

All members of a Deezer Family plan must reside in the same country and often, also in the same household. This is a requirement to comply with Deezer's terms and conditions. In addition to the country restriction, Deezer generally requires all family members to live at the same address.

 

Before you decided on this subscription, you should have checked
conditions for Deezer Family.

        I changed my subscription from premium to family they don't make you aware and an arnaque like most french companies

        You may find it inconvenient on Deezer’s side, but you’ll see the same rule in the terms of the other music‑streaming services as well. There too, the account holder and the other members must live in the same country.
