I have a Premium account since 2018 but i have a free account since yesterday.

i paid every month my subscription please reactivate my account asap

i cant find the webform, link does not work

first i paid 9,99 and now 12,99 ? why?

Also the 'featured in' still hasn't been fixed after literally months!!!

Since today I can't listen to my music. I have a premium subscription, next payment date is 4th of august. When I open Deezer I get a screen that asks me to take a Duo subscription. When I close that screen and I pick a song, the song won't play. I don't need a Duo Subscription because I only use Deezer on my phone. Could you please fix this?


My deezer premium doesnt connect with my phone. I have logged in qnd out but that doesnt solve it.

I have active premium account but it doesn’t work on my iPhone. I just listened music and app automatically reset settings to free

What is going on?

 


Only a few minutes ago I was listening to an album.  I went to search another artist / album and when I clicked on the album to search the track list I was not given the option to select a track but rather only the ‘random’ play symbol along with the words ‘this album contains’ with a few notable songs.  I have been a paid subscriber for a few years but to have the app be completely fine and within moments completely lose my data (my playlists appear but only show the ‘this playlist contains the songs’ and the ‘shuffle play button’ along with my downloaded albums only showing with the same ‘shuffle play button’ and ‘this album contains the songs’) is entirely frustrating.


Since today I lost access to my Deezer premium subscription? I renewed it in February for a year and now I'm getting the purchase option when I open the app. All my music is grayed out and not accessible.

My account promots me to buy a subscription even though i am paying for family plan!!

It’s happening again !! 


I am experiencing this issue as of today. I have been a subscriber for 2 years, and now all of a sudden my Premium plan states I am using a “free plan”

What gives?


I am having this same issue. I am on the Premium plan and the app is asking me to pay for Duo or Family. I only want my one account, which I am up for renewal very soon. And unable to listen to music at all.

On both iOS and Android apps, the app incorrectly shows I only have the Deezer Free service but I have Premium and it shows when I select Manage My Account. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix the problem. As a result, I can't change the audio settings to get higher-quality audio.   Please advise.

Same problem that happened a month ago is happening again… have a family plan but the phone app says to change to premium or duo?? a bug issue maybe?

We’re currently investigating an issue, but we’re hearing some early reports that relaunching your Deezer app or logging out and back in to your account will restore normal access.

I’d advise to try this, while we continue to investigate the underlaying cause of the issue.

*Edit* We have now resolved the underlying issue and all accounts should have returned to normal service.

If you’re still experiencing problems please logout and log back in to your account to refresh your account access.

I just checked and it seems the issue is fixed on both my iPhone and Pixel.
