payed double for a single subcription

I somehow payed a double subscription for myself and i’ve managed to cancel one and get my money back but now the subscription i got refunded for ended today (april 22) and my account has gone back to a free account with ads and stuff. On the app store it says i still have a subscription going on that will renew on may 5th. what do i do? should i ask for a refund on that subscription and buy it again?

Check if you have two accounts and then check if you have more than one payment method.
You have obviously managed to cancel one subscription because you have now been transferred to Deezer free. You probably have a subscription left over via the app store and if you want to keep it, there is no need to cancel it.
