Duo subscription about to expire for second account

I updated my subscription from a single user to a duo for my daughter. I download the app on her phone it was not easy to try and set up her duo. It first made her an account to be charged on, so I cancelled that one. Then I sent her the link that says I am paying for her subscription. I checked her account and it says it had expired in January of 2024, but does not say anything about expiring in within 30 days. Eventually I think I connected her to my account but then I got an email that said her account is about to expire 6/17/26 and that she would have to pay $14.99, but I already paid for her account. Why will she be getting charged if I already connected her account with mine. I see her name on my account, it says I have duo and I can go back from switching accounts. Why is this so difficult?? I changed from Spotify to here because of all of their politics, but they made things easy. I have had so many issues since opening this app. Can you just make things a bit easier?? I feel like I send one of these every month due to errors. Can someone help me make sure I am not going to get charged for two separate accounts when I am already paying for it?? Thank you!!

You are likely seeing this charge because your current billing cycle has to complete, or your cancellation hasn't fully processed by a Third-Party Subscriptions .
 When you downgrade or switch plans, you must cancel your current subscription first and wait for your account to revert to the Deezer Free before activating the new plan.

 You might have two separate profiles, and the payment is being taken for the one you didn't cancel.

If you originally signed up through Apple/Google, cancel through the respective app stores and resubscribe directly through the official Deezer Webpage to avoid surcharges.

Thank you, it just seems like a lot of steps to get to the end goal. It really is frustrating. I appreciate your response.
