payed double for a single subcription

I somehow payed a double subscription for myself and i’ve managed to cancel one and get my money back but now the subscription i got refunded for ended today (april 22) and my account has gone back to a free account with ads and stuff. On the app store it says i still have a subscription going on that will renew on may 5th. what do i do? should i ask for a refund on that subscription and buy it again?
