Extremely disappointing experience with Odido

I honestly do not know what else to do anymore.

 

For months I have been dealing with billing problems and disputes with Odido. It started with a data-only SIM subscription that was changed and billed incorrectly without my clear consent. After that, I also discovered a third-party subscription charge (“NBA PASS” for €16.99) that I never knowingly activated. I had to investigate this myself via Payinfo and contact the external provider directly in order to get a refund.

 

Customer service mostly keeps sending template replies or telling me to call again, while I have already spent months trying to resolve these issues.

 

Now I have permanently moved to the United Kingdom and officially deregistered from the Netherlands. I provided proof of emigration, but Odido still insists on charging high early termination fees for my mobile contracts.

 

I understand contracts have conditions, but after all the billing issues and stress this situation caused, I expected at least some flexibility or a fair settlement.

 

Has anyone experienced something similar with Odido? Did anyone manage to get a reasonable solution in a situation involving emigration and ongoing billing disputes?
