Member profile locked in Family Plan

I have a family account and invited my wife to be a member, but her profile is locked when I click members and I get an error message saying, "The member uses a different member to log in." What does that mean? What are the implications?

Yes, that's right, only she can access her profile with her email and password.

You need to log out of this device and she needs to log back in, or use another device.

You cannot access your wife account . That's normal . After you have invited her to join she needs to click on the invite link and enter her deezer account details ( email and password ) , then she will get access to your family subscription . You , even as Admin do not have access to her account via your account .

If she doesn't have an account she will have to create it first
