I've tried to do almost everything possible, but Flow, Monday Discoveries en Sunday Chill aren't playlists that I would listen to. Flow plays my favorites again and again, sometimes a "new" song. And the moods are terrible. The moods offer songs that I would never listen to. Sunday Chill plays is a mix of songs that I would like and songs that I would never listen to. Same goes for the Monday Discoveries. Of all the songs, I would never listen to them. And I mean never. I've got 145 favorite songs, 102 favorite artists and 133 albums. What am I doing wrong? The 100% and the Daily are perfect. Nothing wrong with those playlists. Now one month later The Chill Playlist and The Monday Discoveries are still very off. I listen to metal and hard rock (Nightwish for example} and what do I get? Bonny Raith, Dire Straits and Aretha Franklin. I still don't get it. I really love Deezer, but finding new music is difficult.

Basically what the question says! I’m thinking about moving from Spotify (useless app that bugs out all the time - questionable business practises etc...) but I’m struggling with one bit of functionality. With Spotify if I ask my Google Home to play Deezer it will, but I can’t then control it from the Deezer web player? For example if I want to skip a track or play another playlist? I thought maybe casting it directly from the Web player would solve this but when I click the cast button it doesn’t give me any option to cast to my Google home?!
App version 7.0.1.60 So in the past week or so I've been having a problem or two with downloading stuff: every time I try to download an album via the three dots on the Albums page (this happens with every album or playlist I try to download), the app will suddenly list the album being downloaded twice, then crash and reopen having not downloaded the album or playlist in question. In Downloaded Music the album or playlist will have the green dot saying it's downloaded, but when I try to play it in offline mode it's not there. I have to go back into online mode, then into the album in Downloaded Music, then toggle the download switch in there off and then on, and then it'll download. I've also noticed a second problem recently that may or may not be related: several albums listed in Downloaded Music have no information attached to them: no artist, album, tracks, or anything, just an empty page with the grey music note icon instead of an album cover. I received an email stating FLAC was coming to family accounts this month. I do not have FLAC as an option in the Android app or through the desktop app in Windows. Fort the Android app, this is what I see in the audio settings and these are the options available when selecting any of the audio quality options. I've cleared the app's cache to no effect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I recently moved to the united kingdom from American and bought Deezer premium, my card was charged but my account still reads Deezer free and will not let me access my downloads. I have verified I have payed for it and i am using the correct account, I've logged out and back in and it's still not working. Can I get my premium or atleast a refund?

I subscribed to the legacy Family plan (which allows 5 profiles) some time ago. I want to migrate to the new Family plan (which allows multiple accounts) with Hi-def. I have 2 questions about this. 1. How to migrate? On the Android app, if I go to "Change Plan" it's only showing me "Deezer Premium". I'm assuming it's because I'm kinda already using the family plan albeit the old one. How do I change my subscription to the new Family plan? 2. What happens to the profiles? There are several profiles already there in my legacy Family plan account. If I migrate to the new plan, what happens to them? Can they be migrated over to individual accounts?
So, Im originally from Serbia (where i even bought premium membership) but i still can not connect to Mi smart speaker via google home app. There is just no option to link with my deezer acc, EVEN THOUGH i changed my location (even using vpn) to us, what is going on ?

My registered account email-********@gmail.com has been active on family subscription for some time. *********@gmail.com is rarely used these days so decided to change details, its a concern to be informed of an active account already linked. ********@gmail.com does seem to be active, Unsure how it's happened but would prefer correct details on active subscription. After a subscription of 2 years and still using the same devices my Deezer started to pause every song after a few seconds (varied from fast to after a minute). I looked at all my Android and Deezer settings and nothing helped. After scrolling through the community the last advise was to delete and reinstall the app. Did just that and now I am happily listening to Deezer again while spending hours in the mountains exercising! (Ps. Only annoying part was that I had to download my playlists again which took about an hour. But once I had all the admin sorted it was such a relief to have music back. I spend the last 4 months have to press play/unpause/skip songs the entire time while training). I love Deezer again! Can’t do my hard solo training without Deezer music motivating me. Ps. If one suddenly start to experience problems I guess it makes sense to immediately reinstall the Deezer app on your device. I unneccesary missed out on 4 months of listening pleasure.
Hello, When I play a song from an album, it seems to add all of the songs of that album to my queue list. Which means that if I then add another song to the queue, it will come AFTER a bunch of songs I didn't want to include in my queue list. Of course I can use the 'play next' option, but if I want to add multiple song to my queue list, it's a problem because it will not add them in the order I want. Is there a way to prevent this, please? Thank you

Hello, if I use my iPhone to play music from Deezer app and a hifi subscription, and redirect the music (normally FAC format) via airplay to my audio system (old system, with an airplay receiver), is the sound will be degradated ? Or is it a valid option ? Is Deezer hifi (launched on my iPhone) is compatible with airplay ? i really try to find a wireless solution with good quality, and by using my existing audio system… thank you for your help
Hi there. My app disappeared so I reloaded it. My deezer was paid on the required date but now when I go onto my deezer all my 884 songs are gone. No play lists no favorite tracks nothing zero. I have logged out logged in but nothing is bringing back my music. How do I rectify this please?
Hi there! Thank you very much for supporting Ukrainians during the war. After Spotify, Deezer is like a breath of fresh air. I was given a Premium subscription until May 10. What will happen after this date? Will the premium continue? Also, as a student, I would like a student subscription to appear in Ukraine. Thank you for everything you do.
