I cannot log into Deezer on my Mac laptop???

I was once subscribed to your service sometime this year (2019) and was paying $5.99, which was a reasonable price for me being a college student. I cancelled my subscription recently because I was changing my payment option. However, when I tried to resubscribe, I am now being asked to pay $9.99. This is definitely out of my price range and I’m disappointed that the price changed without me being notified about it (unless there was some promotion going on that I was not aware of). I live in Jamaica and $9.99 when converted to my currency is way too much for me. My country cannot benefit from the student plan option so I am left without the subscription all together. Can you help at all with this? Thanks much for your response! Lori

Hi, everytime I log into Deezer on Chrome my favorite tracks playlist option “sort by recent...” is broken on Android. As in the playlist goes backwards, playing oldest from newest. It’s been doing this for a few years and having to clear my cache and re-download everything each time is getting boring, any idea on how to stop that from happening ?

Deezer continues sending me deals but they say I am not eligible, they won’t say why. I’m not paying $9.99 or $14.99 when they are offering a $5.99 deal. What’s their problem?

Now for 6 months ive been asked twice a month, to pay my subscribtions. I pay once a month…. and im fine. now a sudden Deezer declined my payment. for this month. whats going on? and why am I paying for 3 devices subscribtions while I use one?

Why is my music missing on one of my phones? I had been trying to open my account on an old phone, had all sorts of problems resetting passwords. l can get all my music on a different phone. On this phone, l keep re-installing deezer app but my music isn't there (except for 1 album). Can you help?

Hi, I’ve just bought a Panasonic 2021 JX850BZ, installed Deezer but it won’t let me sign in displaying “ ! You don’t seem to be connected to the internet “ however if I enter the wrong password it lets me know so it has to be talking to Deezer’s server no? All my other Apps and online services on the display are working perfectly. Any suggestions? I see there was a new app update mentioned a few months back, has this been released/updated? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the App and still having the same issues. The App is working fine on my Xbox XS and LG Displays. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello, I have about 9 months left of my year-payed Premium acccount. For some time I have been living in another country. Is it possible to change countries without having to cancel my current subscription? Is it strictly obligatory to provide a new payment method of my new country when changing countries? I have almost 600 tracks in my ‘favourite tracks’ playlist. I can’t download this playlist because of the huge space it would take on my phone. However, I only end-up listening to the 10-15 last songs I inserted in the playlist. I travel a lot these days and its a bit annoying not to be able to listen to my last fav songs. I would like if possible a dynamic upload feature allowing us to download the last few songs of the ‘favourite tracks’ playlist, and once these songs get crippled by new songs they get un-downloaded. Hello. Can't log in to Deezer app on PC. the problem is shown in the file. In previous versions, authorization was normal

I still can’t browse playlists in Sonos. I tried the suggested fix of logging out of everything, requesting new password, deleting and reinstalling Deezer on Sonos… but the problem persists. If I search my username I can find playlists I’ve created, but none I’ve saved. All my favourites still show up and everything is fine in the Deezer IOS app. It’s just not working properly with Sonos. Help!

First off to Deezer: THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE IN 2022. Now: why is it that when I log in on my iPhone I can see all the songs added to a playlist but when I log out there & log in to the above iPad it does not show all my songs in a particular playlist? To my mind this is TOTALLY PATHETIC on a mainstream software app. Wake up Deezer or I walk. Any answers elsewhere greatly appreciated. many thanks in advance if anyone can help.

Hi, can you help. I have a phone in my car that I use on hotspot. Mainly just to play my music through the car speakers. My You tube music works fine but my Deezer will not initiate any playback. It just says hang on a few seconds nearly there. Advice appreciated regarding this. Thank you.
