I had a premium account a while ago but for some reason it kicked me out and when I tried to log back in it gave me a new account but you guys are still taking money from me even though I am not using the paid for version anymore.

 

I would like my account back please or to cancel my subscription

You probably accidentally created another account and are now logged into the wrong one. If logging out and logging in with the original credentials no longer works, your path leads directly to support.
