So, Im originally from Serbia (where i even bought premium membership) but i still can not connect to Mi smart speaker via google home app. There is just no option to link with my deezer acc, EVEN THOUGH i changed my location (even using vpn) to us, what is going on ?
Appreciate some advice regarding 2nd account, attached to my main email address- *******@gmail.com. My registered account email-********@gmail.com has been active on family subscription for some time. *********@gmail.com is rarely used these days so decided to change details, its a concern to be informed of an active account already linked. ********@gmail.com does seem to be active, Unsure how it's happened but would prefer correct details on active subscription. Don't know how or what to do.

After a subscription of 2 years and still using the same devices my Deezer started to pause every song after a few seconds (varied from fast to after a minute). I looked at all my Android and Deezer settings and nothing helped. After scrolling through the community the last advise was to delete and reinstall the app. Did just that and now I am happily listening to Deezer again while spending hours in the mountains exercising! (Ps. Only annoying part was that I had to download my playlists again which took about an hour. But once I had all the admin sorted it was such a relief to have music back. I spend the last 4 months have to press play/unpause/skip songs the entire time while training). I love Deezer again! Can’t do my hard solo training without Deezer music motivating me. Ps. If one suddenly start to experience problems I guess it makes sense to immediately reinstall the Deezer app on your device. I unneccesary missed out on 4 months of listening pleasure.
Hello, When I play a song from an album, it seems to add all of the songs of that album to my queue list. Which means that if I then add another song to the queue, it will come AFTER a bunch of songs I didn't want to include in my queue list. Of course I can use the 'play next' option, but if I want to add multiple song to my queue list, it's a problem because it will not add them in the order I want. Is there a way to prevent this, please? Thank you

Hello, if I use my iPhone to play music from Deezer app and a hifi subscription, and redirect the music (normally FAC format) via airplay to my audio system (old system, with an airplay receiver), is the sound will be degradated ? Or is it a valid option ? Is Deezer hifi (launched on my iPhone) is compatible with airplay ? i really try to find a wireless solution with good quality, and by using my existing audio system… thank you for your help
Hi there. My app disappeared so I reloaded it. My deezer was paid on the required date but now when I go onto my deezer all my 884 songs are gone. No play lists no favorite tracks nothing zero. I have logged out logged in but nothing is bringing back my music. How do I rectify this please?

Hello, While I appreciate the recent addition to Flow allowing user to select the mood, that would be also great if you kept “Classic Flow” option let’s say in the center of the Flow circle. I really enjoy the way the Flow mode works out of the box, and don’t really care about moods, but this new wheel is enforcing me to choose something specific. Moreover, every time I press “back” in order to avoid picking a specific mood, Flow keeps showing me that circle again and again which is pretty annoying. I just want to press “Flow” and enjoy the music I used to do, with no additional questions asked.
Hello, I've releases two songs under my artist name "blacksheep", but both are associated to another one whose name is "Blacksheep" with a capital B. I got a mail from “Deezer Security Team <securityteam@deezer.com>” with the title “Your privacy may be compromised” and this mail includes a link to download the real Deezer app, the link is “listen.deezer.com/ls/click?...” I would never click a link in a mail so why are you trying? As I’m using the Deezer beta app from Google Play Store, it seems that Deezer measures it’s own app as unsecure.

Hi there, my children messed around with my account a while back. Thye are asking me to update payment details due to credit card expiring, but i am not able to change it. Hello. Please, could you make Kazakhstan price like in Russia. Russia and Kazakhstan are ex-USSR countries. And people in these two countries have same yearly income. But for some reason Deezer in Kazakhstan have price in dollars. And this makes it too pricey. I know many people who want to start using Deezer. But because of the price, which is not appropriate to Kazakhstan salaries, they pirate music. If price will be like in Russia, they'll start using Dezzer immediately.

Hi I 5 weeks ago change country from Ireland to Poland where deezer is cheaper. I've contacted with service and they sugested me stopped subscription and restart with new details. I changed country locator today log in to deezer, chose deezer hi-fi price was 20pln accepted payment but system charged me for 11 euro.
When I play music on iphone 11 pro max on my bluetooth device and I want to record story on ig or snapchat, music stop for few seconds ( about 4-5 seconds) and then it play. What is reason? I try it on iphone x and there not have problem but on iphone 11 I have that problem. When i use other services ( tidal, spotify) it work without stoping music.
Hello, On the Android app, I used to be able to switch to my kids' account to play different content - stories, kids' music, etc - (from Settings > Members) then switch back to mine to listen to my music (from Settings > Members). But not anymore: now if I log to the main family account - mine - then switch to my kids' profile, I can't see how to switch back to my account anymore: in settings, there is no "Members" section to switch back to my user. Is this a new feature or a bug? I see the version from April 4 2022 has a description which seems related: "Good news! Deezer Family profiles can now become independent accounts directly in our mobile app settings by adding a personal email and password. Ideal for listeners wishing to have a little more privacy or to login with easy access using their own credentials." My kids' family profile is not an independent account though (no separate email). The only workaround I found is to logout and log back in, but this makes having a separate a
I’ve raised before on the support site but trying to see if other have the same issue and if anyone has resolved. I have Alexa Speakers (many and different types - all Amazon products) and use the defined group and everywhere multi rooms function to play music / audio around the house. This works fine with with Planet Radio (Free Service), Amazon Music (Prime only), Spotify (No paid service) and I tried all the suggest of re-setting Deezer and multiroom etc. (I’ve even tried take offline older device leaving just two more up to date devices) It used to work with Deezer no issue until ~October 2021. Not sure exactly when it stop but now on any device when using the play music "everywhere" or play music "downstairs" (Deezer set to default music app) the display devices show the track information but no sound is played on any device. If I ask to play music on a single device it works no issue. This is really irritating and so far no idea if this is single user issue or a wider problem. I
