Hi, received a discount off via email for a premium account. £6.99 for 12 months then £11.99 from month 13. Is there a similar deal for the Family subscription? UK website only shows a 3 month discount then full price £17.99 from month 4. Thanks

I was trying several times to login on my desktop app but it still doesn't work. White screen pops up and again login and register tabs. I cleared my browser cash and cookies but it still doesn't work. I'm using windows 7 64bit. Tried to reinstall it but its useless. Just switched from Spotify and I noticed radical change in looks and personalization and its bad to be honest, I'm using it on the phone too and its much slower than Spotify, need so much time to load songs. I would from you guys to make it faster and much prettier for using, add more themes maybe and make it more useful.

Hi when I play tracks in offline mode and normal mode the tracks randomly stop whilst playing, how can I resolve this as its really annoying I've also cleared the cache and its still happening

Are there plans for Deezer app on the Galaxy Watch 4 classic have had Deezer premium since the start, never gave a thought to use Spotify but now when Deezer don't have a app for my new watch hmm.. hope Deezer makes the decision to create a app for the watch community. Good afternoon, I have a problem with the premium subscription. In your app it says that the premium subscription costs $3.99. When I choose this subscription, I see the following information that after a month of free access, I have to pay 13 Swiss Francs! My region of the application is Ukraine, but I am located in Switzerland, why does not the standard payment work? If it's $4, then let it be $4. Not a conversion due to another country.

My playlist is only playing a few lines of each song and blurring into a few lines of another song. It’s on a loop like snippets of 9 or so songs that never end. How can I hear each song on my playlist in it’s entirety? This is driving me to madness! If this can’t be fixed I want my subscription canceled, as this is my second attempt for help and I only subscribed a few days ago.

Every time I choose music to play in the app, it randomly switching to another music after few seconds playing music I`ve chosen. I`ve attached a video of my screen.

I'm gonna change my phone soon and install deezer app on my new phone, If I sign into my account on the new phone will the downloaded albums be on there as they're saved to my micro sd card or do I have to redownload them which itself would be a pain.

Then, I have got a check from Google pay, that I paid for the subscription, but I haven't subscription And money wasn't pay And I have 2 problems 1) If I go to deezer I see that I have deezer free, but what is the check I have? 2) I from Ukraine. And now I'm in Poland. And I pay from Poland card. And if I want buy subscription I must pay 22 zl or 5€. But, if I pay I see that I must pay 400 UAH. But, 400 uah it's don't 20 zl/5€ it's 50 zl/10€ What it is? I how I can buy the subscription Thanks

Hello, Just went to play as normal but wont play ?? please help !!

I just signed up for this today. In the 360 app there is a tab that says “My Collection” but there is nothing in it. I have liked a couple of playlists and they are in the collection on the regular Deezer app. I can play them there but they are not 360 playlists. In the 360 app, I only see an error message “Unable to load page” and please check your internet connection (which is fine). Am I missing something?

I got an email about decline in payment but it was deducted and shows on my account management that the payment has been effected. What is the reason for this?

Hey Everyone, since few weeks I have an issue with offline mode. When opening the app without internet connection, my favorites are gone although many of the tracks are available as part of some other playlist. I have seen this issue was also posted some time ago by someone with android. I am using iPhone with the latest app version and it’s really annoying when you open the app being in the plane. When intervener is restored, complete list appears. It’s like the app was blocking an access to favorites because premium subscription cannot be verified or simply a list cannot be synchronized.. please help.

Dear Deezer, I’m Deezer customer for years, and yesterday, my acc was canceled because there were not sufficient funds on my card. Now to have my service back, I have to pay as much as 2,5 times higher price I was paying for the last couple of months. Does it possible to have my service back with the old conditions? Good morning. I have recently subscribed to a trial of deezer premium. I would like to change to deezer hifi family. How do I do this whilst in trial phase? Will I still receive hifi for all of my family? I'm in the UK. Thank you.

When using Deezer through my Sonos system and using a playlist the song will end abuptly and move to next song on playlist. If I go back to skipped song it skips at same place again with error message thst so gcan notbe played but it is not encoded.

It annoyed me for a bit of time now. I mainly listen to favourite tracks when commuting, but i often see myself without them because they aren't available.What i think happened it’s when I don't go on the page for few days on my iphone, Deezer lost them and i would need to load them again on wifi, but they are still downloaded, just not available.

I need VPN to connect to the main office internal network when I’m working from home. But Deezer's website simply doesn't work anymore. Turning off VPN helps but… I cant do the job in that case.
