How many times do you have to say "do not recommend this artist" before they stop recomming them?

My question is in the title. I stayed away from Deezer for a couple of months, came back and found the same problems. Bad search engine, can’t add albums or tracks if I’m just playing one song, can’t use right click to copy and paste, still no gapless play on desktop (no opera, opera fans)… and on and on. I guess they don’t care.

Hey @dgoorevitch, the “do not recommend” feature works,

we can’t reproduce the issue, can you contact Support with the name of the artist you banned?

They can check your listening history.

From what device do you use deezer?

It does not work. I just told you it does not work. i use desktop. Okay, I’ll call support.

I have the same issue, even after I block multiple times and restart the app, it keeps recommending same artists. Did you find a solution?

I wrote the help about it and they tried to say it was my fault (their usual) and I wrote back and told them to re-read my question… Then the problem was fixed. so far. They don’t want to fix anything. You have to push them.

I have this same issue. I swear if this app recommends the “MaMa Mia” soundtrack one more time after I ban its songs AND artists. I am Uninstaller. Have done this seven times at this point.

I wrote the help about it and they tried to say it was my fault (their usual) and I wrote back and told them to re-read my question… Then the problem was fixed. so far. They don’t want to fix anything. You have to push them.

I sent it to them, hope it gets fixed because last 7 songs were from artists I blocked, I don't get it

They told me to erase cache in deezer storage, log out and in, n restart the phone and it worked, hope it helps. Cheers to not hearing artists I hate with passion!
