requires API auth

I have Android version 10 and I haven't been able to use my Deezer account for month. I'm still paying monthly for something I can't use. Any suggestions?

How come are you not able to use your account? 

From which device? 

Do you receive an error message? 

I would also suggest to contact our Costumer Care here! 

Can't play any music, also cant log out to log back in. Saying it requires api auth.


Not showing any of my playlists and can't search any music. Paying for deezer premium
