Inappropriate content on kids account

Hello,

we have deezer family subscription. My 7-old daughter has kid’s account. How did this content pass through into kids space?

Please can you help to block the artist so that it cannot be found or it is not recommended.

Deezer seems to struggle to sort and tag inappropriate / explicit content. Please allow to “report”.

We are sorry about this. We do not flag the contect as explicit or not,

it is the job of the record label or the distributors.

Unfortunately, it happens that we receive content that is not flagged and should be.

Please click on the 3 dots menu and choose to report the content!
