Please advise how I cancel my subsciption, I didnt join using IOS or android?

It reflects on your system that I dont have an account yet you are deducting a premium from my bank account every month.

 

Please remove it from my account.

There is no straightforward way to contact Deezer support?  do I have to log in via facebook or twitter?  Is there not an email address?

 

this is the most frustrating company to deal with.
