Panasonic JX850BZ (2021 model) - Can't sign into Deezer

Hi, I’ve just bought a Panasonic 2021 JX850BZ, installed Deezer but it won’t let me sign in displaying “ ! You don’t seem to be connected to the internet “ however if I enter the wrong password it lets me know so it has to be talking to Deezer’s server no? All my other Apps and online services on the display are working perfectly. Any suggestions? I see there was a new app update mentioned a few months back, has this been released/updated? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the App and still having the same issues. The App is working fine on my Xbox XS and LG Displays. Please advise. Thank you.

Unable to browse playlists in Sonos

I still can’t browse playlists in Sonos. I tried the suggested fix of logging out of everything, requesting new password, deleting and reinstalling Deezer on Sonos… but the problem persists. If I search my username I can find playlists I’ve created, but none I’ve saved. All my favourites still show up and everything is fine in the Deezer IOS app. It’s just not working properly with Sonos. Help!

Deezer login problems - Onkyo TX-NR686 - Hifi

I've been having trouble with Deezer login on my Onkyo TX-NR686. I get the error message “Your details are incorrect, please try again.” I have successfully logged into the android app with the same credentials so the credentials are not wrong. This is really bad as I only listen to music on Deezer through the receiver. I have no use for Deezer otherwise.I have reset my receiver to no avail. Anyone had or having similar issues?

Polk Assist Doesn’t Play Deezer Anymore

My Polk Audio Google assist speaker used to play Deezer songs with my voice command for a couple years and all of a sudden it stopped working. I unplugged it and moved into another room for a couple hours where I wanted to hear music but couldn’t get it to start playing. After returning the device back to the original room, it’s still not working and I tried factory resetting the device to no avail. I read a thread that Deezer was having a problem doing Google casting but I don’t know if this is related.I also have a Google home mini hooked up to the same account in another room and it’s working fine

B&O Eclipse not working with latest Deezer app

Our smart TV (Bang and Olufsen Eclipse 2019) worked fine with the previous version of Deezer downloaded as an app from the LG Content Store. We downloaded the latest version of the app (12.1.6 19/4/2022) however music will not play i.e. the player control is stuck in pause.

Play queue deleted on automatic logout

Hi everyone, when using the desktop app, the app itself periodically (roughly once a week) logs out from the account, and ask to login again.This occurs even if I am using the app with music on.The most annoying effect is that the current play queue is cleared, as if the application was restarted. As a user, I am fine with periodic logouts, but I definitely would prefer keeping my play queue "safe"!

Desktop app does unwanted profile switch

I’m using Deezer Family and I have one profile for me and one for my son. I use both profiles on my phone, depending on if my son want’s to listen to some radio play, or I want to listen to my music. TBH the easy profile switching was one of the selling points why I switched to Deezer.I’m also using the desktop app on my computer where I almost exclusively use my profile. Nevertheless the desktop app automatically always switches to my son’s profile at least once a day. Is this intentional? Is there any possible dependency to my phone? How can I make that stop?

Win App crashes on the left screen

Hi Deezer team, I run the Windows App in a multiple display setup.If I move the app window to the left screen of the main monitor, the app crashes after less seconds.The Windows OS stores the last screen location of the app and the Deezer app crashes again (after less seconds) after starting again. If I drag again to the main screen or to right screen it is working fine again.I think this is an issue about x-axis location smaller than zero (minus x location = left screen from the main screen). Where is the cast option on Deezer Desktop for Windows?

On the web app version, I can clearly see a cast option near the shuffle and volume control on the bottom right, but after installing the desktop app, I cannot see the cast option anywhere.

I am pretty excited that Deezer will finally be on Wear OS. When can we expect it roughly? Some of the features announced at the Google I/O are already available for my watch so I'm hoping soon.

Hello.my internet is rather bad as i live far from civilisation, which is why deezer says it has no connection even when there is a tiny bit. Although im not sure if this is related to the crashing but it does crash when i try to download music.Im on windows 64bit btwCheers

Deezer app not playing on my Hisense TV 65U8G (no sound)

Hi,I have a Deezer Hifi subscription and I have the latest, top of the range Hisense TV available to my country (South Africa), it is the model Hisense 65U8G (2021).I am able to log into the app successfully and it shows all of the artists/playlists/tracks and everything looks fine but when I try to play songs then there is no sound even when the icon indicates that music is playing. When I open the “currently playing track” and I click play then the progress bar doesn’t load or move at all. Sometimes it doesn’t even show the track duration (It shows 00:00) and nothing ever plays.I have tried the following:Logout and log back in to Deezer app Unplugged Router and TV for 5 minutes Reset TV to factory settings Checked that the TV is running the latest firmware and updates Checked the TV speakers and they do work on other content Tried using Bluetooth speakers Tested that Deezer did play music on my PC and wasn’t blocked by the RouterI don’t know what else to do, must I report the problem

Samsung Multiroom App Feedback: login and other issues

Hi, I can't login to deezer via Samsung multiroom. It keeps advising the ID or password is wrong. I've re-entered multiple times, even changed the password a couple of times, logged in and out of deezer directly using the same credentials (to prove it is correct). Have reset the multiroom twice, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Powered off and on my mobile twice. Still advises wrong ID or password? Is there a known problem currently occurring? Cheers

Can't listen to some songs after a few times I downloaded them

Hi, Many songs just stop working after a few times I downloaded them... ( Gotye: giving me a chance, David Guetta sexy bitch, Lana del Rey white mustang, Enrique Iglesias I like it... and it keeps going on and on) It's like they are in fast motion so they are completely ruined. I have noticed similar posts. With Spotify you can cast directly to heos speakers. The Deezer app doesn't allow this, the only option is to cast from the heos app and that is poor at best. Why can't you develop this? Has Spotify secured some sort of rights with heos or do they just have more advanced technolog

"most played" button missing in pc

It is still there on the phone version (in playlists, artists, albums etc) but in pc there’s only 3 options now every where and no most played. I’m 100% sure it was there before and I really miss that option, is it a bug or was it just removed?
