keeps jumping back to the same song after a few seconds of playing any other

When I’m trying to shuffle any music, it keeps jumping back to the same one song after a few seconds of playing any other can somebody help me it’s driving me crazy I even tried powering my phone off and I didn’t help

    Could you provide more details on what device you’re using, what OS version, Deezer Version, How can we reproduce the issue, etc?

    In the meantime:

    1. Uninstall Deezer completely
    2. Restart your device
    3. Install Deezer and Sign back in
    4. Go to Deezer Settings » Data and Storage
    5. Depending on your device, allocate enough space for Smart Cache as shown in the example below:
    Smart Cache space allocation

    I’d say at least 1GB should give you an ideal listening experience.

    PS: Please also make sure you have an active subscription with Deezer

    If that doesn’t solve your issue, please provide more details when writing back here. 😊
