keep receiving error message on new songs.

I have a playlist that I’ve been playing from no problem. now they don’t play. I have paid premium account. just get error. reinstalled app but still the same. also tried this on vdj and have the same issue. some tracks just say error.

Hey there @actionreplay2012 unfortunately we don’t support Virtual DJ, 

if the music does not play on their platform and in ours it does then I would suggest contacting Virtual DJ 

as the problem is probably on their side. 

 

Thank you. All resolved. Needed to use vdj 2023 to play all Deezer playlists. Thank you for your help

Which error do you get ? 

Which platform are you using ? 

 


Hi. I’m using premium version of Deezer. 
everything else plays ok. Just new releases. But plays on app. But everything plays on vdj apart from new songs that I’ve put into playlist just says error on chart music. Only just started 3 days ago. I’m not sure if this a Deezer issue. Or vdj issue. I’m on windows 10.
