alexa plays 1 song only

When alexa is asked to play a deezer playlist it only plays one song before saying that is the end of the playlist. This began out of the blue a few weeks ago. How can I fix this?

      Thanks for your reply. I should have added that I have tried reinstalling both the Deezer and Alexa apps but it made no difference

        Have you tried to disconnect and reconnect Deezer?

        I’m unable to play any playlist via Alexa and am getting the error message “I’m having trouble getting that right now, please try again.

        I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, un-linked and re-linked the Alexa skill several times, rebooted all Alexa devices but to no avail. What is the problem please?

        I’ve now another problem. Alexa is unable to play Deezer playlists. She’ll play one, two or a few tracks ans then state “that’s the last song”.

        Have you tried to disconnect and reconnect Deezer?

        I am also having this problem if i try to shuffle a deezer playlist with alexa. It will play usually 2 or 3 songs and then the playlist ends. I think you guys have a problem with the deezer skill for alexa.

          I don’t have this problem now, just the fact Deezer still doesn’t work on Alexa with any playlists.
