Hi, The Deezer Garmin app available on the Connect IQ store is currently not syncing. It took me a while to be able to login, since it wasn’t working at all a couple days ago. Now it seems okay. However, it’s impossible to add songs to the watch as it says “Some content could not be downloaded” after a couple of seconds of syncing. I tried on my Forerunner 965 and my old Forerunner 245 Music. A quick look at the reviews on Connect IQ indicates that most users have been experiencing this issue since June. Is this app abandoned? I cannot imagine why this issue would be ignored for so long otherwise. So, is there any fix coming or any workaround in the meantime? Thanks.

It used to work, but now my uploaded MP3s do not play in Chromecast. They still play fine when playing via the Android or Desktop apps.

Load on virtual dj songs play for 20 sec if that?

I recently migrated from Spotify and have a ton of playlists. The ordering and selection of playlists in the sidebar seems to be locked - that is, I have not been able to find a way to order, pin, or otherwise organize my playlists so that the ones I listen to most are within easy reach or visible at all. Is there a way to customize the playlists shown in the sidebar that i have not found? I am using the desktop app on both Mac and Windows PC

Would love to know why there's no Chromecast option on the Deezer Desktop app. I realise that it's in Beta only, but is there a plan to include it? I'm currently a Spotify (Premium) user and would be happy to change over to Deezer should there be the option to cast directly from the desktop app 🙂

Hi there, I’m a Deezer Premium user in over 11 years. Last month I bought a car with AndroidAutomotive so I can use Deezer directly in my car and not via Andorid Auto. Is there any “user’s manual” I can read? Because AAOS version of Deezer works sometime unlogical. Issue 1 - searching. When I search for an album on my phone, I get some suggestions and “show more albums” button. On AAOS there ar only 2-3 suggestion and that’s all… Annoying! When I click on the album from search screen it starts to play! On my phone it opnes with track lists. So I can’t see if it is the right album or not just some f.x. covers. So in the car I need to close player and open search screen again! Annoying! Issue 2 - homepage widget. First, it’s laggy. Sometimes the next song plays for 20 seconds befor the song’s info is updated. My Samsung TV received and installed a new version of the Tizen OS (v2025) yesterday. Since then, the Deezer app has stopped working. The app loads ok, and I can navigate through my favs and playlists, but it refuses to play any music. I have cleared the Deezer cache... same issue I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the Deezer app.. same issue. Please advise how I can resolve this issue. Thank you

I recently signed up with Deezer and got rid of spotify. I partly choose the app bc it works with android auto and my jbl Google smart speaker where I do 95% of my listening. Works fine with AA, but I get a 404 error every time I try to link with my speaker in Google home. Spent 20+ minutes with Google support only to be told to make a feedback report. Spent 5 minutes with Deezer support and they told me it's a known issue for some with Google and they are working to resolve it. Unsure how long this has been an issue. So I how will find out if it's been fixed and how widespread is this? I haven't seen anything come up in search that is recent.

Hi, guys! I’ve been experiencing a strange issue: the Roxette song “Do You Wanna Go The Whole Way?” from “Crash! Boom! Bang!” album always stops playing at 0:12 mark… That just happens while using the Chrome browser player for PC - for now. I’ve tried to find some help from the local (brazilian) Deezer support, but according to them I should try to uninstall the NOT-installed Windows app... 😆 Do you guys have any advice on this (besides changing my current music streaming provider)? When playing a playlist or an album I would expect the next song to automatically start after the current song ends. The current behavior, however, stops the playback after one, or just a few songs. When this happens I cannot manually switch to a new song, all play/pause buttons control the song that just ended. So until I reload the page all I can do is listen to the same song over and over. The requested content is not loading. Error: MS1002 I pay a family membership for deezer and I get logged out for suspicious activity so what’s the point in having a family membership if this isn’t working at all? There is no direct way to contact deezer support regarding this and since I can not play any music, isn’t this literally illigal in the EU? So what exactly is going on?

I have multiple monitors (in-built laptop screen, one horizontal monitor and one vertical monitor) and I’m seeing an issue where the Deezer app crashes when I drag the Deezer window from one monitor to another. No error message is displayed, it just closes unexpectedly. Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 build 22621.3155 Deezer app 6.0.80

I recently switched to Deezer from Spotify. Lack of integration with Sonos in the Deezer app interface is a severe issue. I cannot come back home and switch the output device from my phone to my Sonos device. I can just use the Sonos app, whose interface is much worse than the Dezer app. This makes mu use experience much worse compared to Spotify. Is Deezer ever willing to add a decent Deezer Connect feature?

Each time I launch Deezer, it has forgotten the queue content and what it was playing before I shut it down last time. Because of that, I lost an entire list of interesting tracks that were in the queue today. This bug occurred suddenly on several occasions, lasted for days, then it disappeared. If I do a fresh install of Deezer on another PC, it has the same bug. Same if I run Deezer on a browser. Same if I try somewhere else. So it’s obviously not a problem on my side, but on the server. Is anyone else having that problem? I’ve already reported it each time to the support, but they don’t seem to be willing to fix this bug. I’m not sure I’ll keep my Premium subscription if that goes on much longer. I’m mostly using it on a PC, Windows 10. Currently, the app is version 7.0.180.

With macOS 26 Tahoe there are significant system slowdowns due to an incompatibility between the OS and the Electron framework used by popular applications. A fix is available in newer versions of Electron that developers need to implement. This fix is included in Electron versions v39.0.0-alpha.7, v38.2.0, v37.6.0, and v36.9.2. However, the Deezer app for macOS is still using Electron 33.2, which is now quite outdated. When is Deezer planning on finally releasing an updated version?

Can I use music from Deezer and apply it to my Serato DJ software so I don't have to pay for songs individually through iTunes? If so, how can I connect the two together? Keep in mind I want to go from Deezer > Serato DJ. Any help I can get today would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, lossless music streaming isn't possible with some DACs. I have a Hifiman Serenade, and it doesn't support Deezer. Tidal has no problem with it. I'll have to switch platforms. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Too bad.

Hello everyone.I have a Deezer family subscription, and in the Google Home app on Android, I cannot get Deezer to show up in the list of music services. Note that Spotify does show up in the list (see screenshot).Also, when I tap on “other music services”, nothing happens. I really would like to use this because I have a Google Home device and I cannot play music on it if Deezer is not added as a music service in Google Home. I can, of course, cast Deezer to my device (like I’m casting to a chromecast) but I cannot use the speech recognition of the google home device and tell google “play Michael Jackson on Deezer” because it is not in the list of music services. Thanks for any clue on this.

Anyone else experiencing issues with BluOs and getting constant error messages about being unable to play or find content

I've read many topics about the problems with Chromecast Audio and I'm suprised that the Deezer people doesn't do anything about it. Of course, we all had wanted that streaming to Chromecast Audio could be lossless but for the moment I could have lived with the current bitrate. But I can't live with the unstable connection to Chromecast Audio. Sometimes it works fine but most of the time when choosing a new track, the message "Reading data... almost finished bla bla bla" appears and it is never finished. If I turn off the Chromecast Audio, the track works fine. I'm in a trial period and if the Chromecast Audio connection isn't improved I have no need for Deezer. It's very sad, because I really like Deezer and was about to skip Spotify. Now, I have to get back to Spotify. Their Chromecast connection works fine. So, my question is: Why don't you Deezer folks do anything about it? /Alf

In a computer in Linux Mint 21.1 (vera) using firefox 129 I am unable to listen any song at all !!! The internet connection is not detected while I can ensure it is fullly working for all other sites. The message is:Your computer seems to be offline. We'll keep trying to reconnect.

I’d like to report a bug that crashes the app. Context A while ago, I have added a song to my favourite ones. Since then, it got removed from the platform. However, in the list, I still can see a link to its album. When I click on it, the app crashes. I need to completely close Deezer then reopen it to reset it to the welcome page.
