Functionality and content geolocation errors in my account

There's definitely something wrong with my Deezer account. I've been a Deezer user for over three years, and what's been happening to me these last few months is very strange. First, my account isn't receiving the Pinned Items feature. The Deezer Community has tried to help, but so far, there's been no progress.

Second, the recommendations I receive on my account, especially when I listen to Flow, are for French songs or artists I've never heard of and don't even care about because they're in other languages ​​or very different from what I usually listen to. In fact, the French Rap option appears in Flow's genre wheel, while the rest of my family members don't have that option; instead, they have Spanish Pop or Alternative. That's why I think there's something strange about my account. So, I'm begging for help, asking for a solution to all of this. My country setting has been Spain for a long time, and I did not experience any issues until a few months ago, mainly after Flow introduced new personalization features.

I don't know if it's possible to reset my entire account without losing my playlists and favorite songs, but I'm desperate and need a solution soon, as it would hurt to have to leave Deezer and cancel my subscription because of these technical issues. Thank you.

Unfortunately to reset the whole account, you would need to delete it and start from the scratch again. We have cleared the cache of your account and all your playlists from our end so now I would suggest you to start to listen to your favourite artists and favourite music a lot to start to re train your Flow again and you will see some improvement! 😎

Hello ​@Alfredo.Deezer Sorry for the delay in responding. The recommendation algorithm seems to have fixed it, but I still don't have the pinned items, and also, the New Releases playlist used to appear on my homepage every Friday, but now it doesn't; it's hidden at the end of the "Discover" section. If you could help me get the pinned items that other users have and fix the update and the appearance of the New Releases playlist, I would be very grateful. What's happening with my account is very strange. Thank you.
