Everyday Deezer stops working at 4pm

Everyday at 4pm Deezer stops working.  I get an error message.  No matter what time I start playing Deezer.  I might be listening for 6 hours or 2 but at 4pm it stops and won’t start again until the next day.  I am using the Windows application.  After this only way I can listen is on a browser or my phone app.

And here we are again… 3:47 just stops working.

I’m also using Deezer on Windows, but I haven’t seen this before. I’m going to try this in the next couple of days between 3 and 4 p.m. and I wonder if I will have the same issue.

Have you tried to update the Windows desktop app to the latest version?

@Alfredo.Deezer , I'm experiencing the same problem as ​@DarthZilla , daily after midday, between 12pm and 3pm (GMT-6).

We're still keeping an eye on this timer bug :)

The problem is probably not with the hour of day, but with the continuous playback time—around 6 hours or more. The developers should investigate whether it's the hour of day or the number of hours of playback causing the problem and find a solution.

Confirmed.

This is not related to the time of day. The problem occurs after 6 continuous hours of playback.
First error at 2 PM. Second error at 8 PM, +/- 6 hours later.

@DarthZilla To work around the problem while the devs fix it, right-click the app icon and close the window, restart the app, and you can continue... for another 6 hours :D

I would have guessed this too but I said doesn’t matter if I started it at 10am or 2pm around 4pm it stops everyday.

The problem for me doesn’t seem to be how long I have been using Deezer that day as it stops around 4pm est no matter how long I have been listening.

But the app is running even though you haven't been listening since around 10 AM? Anyway, it doesn't matter, it's already been reported to the developers and it's up to them to fix it.

We just have to wait.

That doesn’t work.

Nothing works.  Not even restarting my computer.  It is 3:40pm right now see what happens.

Now can cofirm, that Flow playing only 4-5 hours, after that came an error and only restart app help. 
Same things at PC app at Mac OS and at Windows

 I wished I lived in Europe… Unfortunately I live in the US.

I live in Mexico GMT-6 . And I don't want to live in Europe. Hahaha

No I have mentioned this several times.  That does not seem to be a factor.

No I have mentioned this several times.  That does not seem to be a factor.

@Alfredo.Deezer my app stop playing after 5-6 hours at windows to. At Mac with another acount in my family plan stops after 3-4 hours.
