Hello,

 

Long time user of this service; pay for premium for 3 years now, maybe longer. I noticed the last two months I’ve not been able to play music and get this error “The requested content is not loading. Error: MS1002” I’ve opened two cases with no response from the deezer. Is everyone getting this problem?

Is that happening in your Android device or iOS device?

Can you send us a screenshot of the error message to check it out, please? And also  ascreenshot of your cache settings would be very helpful. Our devs team has been already notify about this error message 👌
