App on Windows 11 does not play any song

App on Windows 10 does not play any song too...

Same problem on  7.1.110 with Win10.

Same problem 7.1.11 from Microsoft Strore and EXE installer. Browser version work well

I have the same problem . Desktop app version 7.1.110 on Windows 11.

 

The web player in the Browser works.

 

 I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, that fixed the problem temporarily.

Now, even reinstalling the app doesn’t help.

 

Edited to add:

Uninstalling 7.1.110 and installing 7.1.100  did not solve the problem.

PC app does not work. Play button is not working. Tried to reinstall a couple of times and all, it doesn't help. Version 7.1.120

Failed to play on Android


Does Deezer have millions of subscribers, or just us in this thread? It’s not possible that a problem like this goes on for almost three weeks without a solution.

same for me, been this way a couple of days, can’t get it to run properly and even when it did work i found the UI not very user friendly so i'm afraid i'm unsubbing.

Hello , our devs are working on it and fix it’s on the way. Windows desktop app should be working normally for all users within the next days.
