Deezer Community login failed

Today I wanted to add a comment about Deezer having issues playing songs and this site (Deezer Community) wouldn`t let me sign in. Instead, it prompted me to create a new account which basically resulted in making another Acc. with the same user name, email and password. I don`t know who`s vibe coding on crack over there, but you need to get your sht together.

Failed logins to the Deezer Community are usually caused by incorrect credentials, using the wrong login method (e.g., social login vs. email), or active ad-blockers/browser extensions interfering with the login process.

Other common causes include password special character conflicts or network issues .

That’s weird it didn’t let you using the same account . As far as I remember you are not required to create a separate account for the community . I would contact support to check that for you . I would contact the support using the link below and ask them about it
