My list of favorite albums is empty

One Hit Wonder

Hello,

This morning, Deezer malfunctioned for a few minutes. Since then, I've lost all my favorite albums, but everything else is still there. I'm experiencing this problem on my iPhone (iOS 26) and Windows 11 Chrome. The list is also empty when using the curl command on the API.

What can I do? I contacted support this morning but haven't received a response.

Have you tried contacting them via the Instagram link? They have direct support there and you probably get support faster .
