Security certificate issue on a number of devices

Deezer on AAOS in Polestar 4

HelloI just installed Deezer on my Polestar 4. It works fine but I've two annoying issues:- There is no sync between device. The car doesn't appear in the list of devices connected to my deezer account (allready tried to reinstall)- When I leave the car and come 15min later the list that was playing is lost. This is very annoying when using Flow because there no way to put back what was playingIs it a problem from Deezer or from AAOS/the car?Thank you,Fabrice

Deezer not showing up as music service in Google Home

Hello everyone.I have a Deezer family subscription, and in the Google Home app on Android, I cannot get Deezer to show up in the list of music services. Note that Spotify does show up in the list (see screenshot).Also, when I tap on “other music services”, nothing happens.I really would like to use this because I have a Google Home device and I cannot play music on it if Deezer is not added as a music service in Google Home. I can, of course, cast Deezer to my device (like I’m casting to a chromecast) but I cannot use the speech recognition of the google home device and tell google “play Michael Jackson on Deezer” because it is not in the list of music services.Thanks for any clue on this.

"Shuffle my music" not working as expected

For a few days now, I have met an issue in the “Shuffle my music” function both on Android app and on Desktop App (I guess I would find the same issue on Web app). The function is either telling me to create some playlist (I own 15 playlists each filled with plenty of songs) or to add some albums or tracks what I have already done too, or playing any random music that was never added to any of my playlist nor my favorite tracks. Therefore, could someone please help me finding the way out of this really annoying issue as “Shuffle my music” is the function that I am used to using the most on Deezer ?

Shuffle mode not working on chromecast integration with Deezer

HelloI'd like to ask, why the shuffle button disappears when I play music by Chromecast. Overall, Chromecast music playback works very poorly. Disconnections are common.When I play on headphones or Bluetooth it’s fine.Thanks

Stuttering/halting playback both in the browser and in the Windows desktop app

I am using Deezer from Central Europe (Hungary), and in the past few days encountered issues with playback numerous times. The song simply stops for a few seconds or even minutes, likely because it cannot download the next chunk from the server. This theory is supported by the fact that downloading a song has also become significantly slower (once downloaded though, the songs play normally). Seeking into the song helps sometimes, but then it gets stuck again a minute or two later.Please take a look at the servers serving this area because something seems to be amiss.EDIT: I’d like to note that all other sites and apps work perfectly, so my own Internet connection is not the issue.

Playback stuttering in browser/app/android app

Hey,Music playback just keeps stuttering, halting randomly, tried Hifi and HQ same problem. Sometimes the problem goes away for a few days, and then randomly starts happening again. My internet connection is plenty fast (900Mbps down, 250Mpbs up). Same thing on mobile internet. Same thing is happening in all all browsers, in windows and android app. Maybe deezer is throttling the bandwidth? I need help, i really like deezer, but this is off-putting.Browser: Firefox 129.0 (64-bit)OS: Windows 11

Samsung TV: Progress bar is moving

On the Samsung TV app you put Song timer, few spaces, progress bar, few spaces and song length time. But you used proportional font for timers!The reason is the progress bar is moving every single second (because e.g. 0 is widder than 1). It’s very annoying. Can you check it?

Deezer works slow on Samsung Tizen

Does anybody else have the same problem that Deezer app works very slow on Samsung TVs (Tizen)?  When you are going thru songs or albums, it works with a delay of few seconds. Also, sometimes plays a song with a cover of another one and display some error. All other apps works perfectly fine and fast.

Deezer stops playing on Google Home Nest and Nest mini

Hey folks,first i love the music selection in Deezer and how the algorythm plays my kind of music - well done better then any other app and! full songs not this 2,20m short songs like on ...you know who i mean.But beside all the pros i have this really annoying issue that Deezer stops randomly on my Nest devices. I tryied everything but it wont work. Its on both devices and now im at this point where i stop to listening music cause of this issue.It happens all the time.Is there any bugfix on the table from the devs? Please!my connection is around 50mb/s and there is no issue with it.

Different artists with same name, need separating

My artist page ‘VRI’ It’s mixed up with another artist with the same name. Here’s the unique release of VRI: https://www.deezer.com/es/album/649397351  As you see it’s mixed up with another artist that has different albums. Could you create an artist page with that unique release i sent? Please, notice that the artist name it’s ‘VRI’ (fully written with capital letters). Thank you very much for your time!

Deezer freezes between tracks

Windows 10 with Firefox, deezer freezes between tracks constantly, sometimes it’ll start after a few seconds, other times, it won’t until I hover over the tab. Pretty annoyed because I never had any problems at all until a few months ago when uploaded mp3s stopped working, and now that’s fixed, I still can’t listen to my music properly.

Samsung TV "Problem detected with this stream, please try again later"

I recently bought a Samsung TV and installed the Deezer App. Today, suddenly, it stopped working completely.Every song I want to play is followed by the “Problem detected with this stream; please try again later” prompt. Nothing helped: restarting the TV, disconnecting the internet, logging out of the App, reinstalling the App, neither the combination.I am quite disappointed. I pay for music, not for skipping the random error prompts.  Any suggestions how to make the music play?

A few songs without permission to play

Greetings. When I attempt to download certain songs in my virtual DJ application, a message appears indicating that a premium account is required for access. I do, in fact, possess a premium account. Any assistance you could provide in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.

tracks not available in country only on certain devices

I understand that some tracks may not be available for me in my due to rights issues. Annoying but I get it. However when playing through the Samsung multiroom audio app - which supports Deezer - it seems halfy.favourites are suddenly not available. All are playable using the Deezer app directly, or via the Deezer app with Sonos. So, what gives? I'm not using a VPN, I have override location auto detect to input Germany manually as my location. Is this common with systems with Deezer built in? I'm looking into other systems and this is a major, major issue that makes Deezer a non-viable option.

    Hi, already few days I have error with deezer on my mdc for nad amp - Error: upgrade required deezer x̌xxxxxxxx, x - different numbers of different track, there are a lot of tracks that can't be played. I have deezer hifi subscription and all works fine until last week.

Deezer won't play anything at all on Firefox browser.

Windows 10, Firefox is updated to the latest version, I’ve cleared the cache and logged out and back in, but nothing. Flow, playlist, my mp3s, doesn’t matter what, the play button does absolutely nothing. It works in Chrome, but I don’t reeeeeally want to have to open another browser just for one site, y’know? It’s why I use the site instead of installing the desktop program, after all.
