My account disappeared, I couldn't log in, so I sent a "forgot my password" request and when I finally logged in, it was a new account and all my music and everything was gone. I've had a Premium account for a long time and it says I have a free account. Please help!!!

Hi, friends! Just transferred from Amazon because their app sucks. I'm checking this out as a free trial. It's driving me crazy that THIS app doesn't allow users to download individual songs from an album, you have to download the entire thing. What if only one song is good and the rest is s**t?! Am I to waste space on my SD card with songs I don't like? If Deezer doesn't offer this option ASAP, I will NOT pay for this and give an unflattering review just like I did for Amazon.

I prefer to sort albums on an artist by Release Date. I do this within the Discover header. But annoyingly, when I click into an album and return, my filter gets reset back to “Type”. This is annoying. Plus, if there are many albums that exist for a given artist, I have to scroll down and wait for everything to lazyload again. Please fix this. Hey , I added a gift card to my account and i just realised my bank account was empty , ( they take 0.01 $ to make sure to link a bank account to a deezer account 1 week later) So the payment got declined and i got sent back from premium to free deezer.When i realised it , I added some founds but I couldn’t re-use the same gift card.So I basicly lost 3 mounths and 3 weeks ‘-- Is there a way to re-enable my gift card ? I can see many posts going back 3 years with the same issue... After listening to Christmas songs for a month the regular flow is absolutely full of them, almost every song is Christmas. Obviously I could "angry face" every Christmas song I get... ButA-Half the time I'm driving B- I really like these songs (at Christmas) so don't want them not to appear next year There absolutely must be a fix for this as I can't see the same issue logged for other music streaming services (I absolutely love deezer, but this is a huge pain)
Hola buenas tardes. Tengo un problema con Songcatcher y su uso.Resulta que uso deezer para escuchar radios online de otros lugares. El problema es que esas radios no ponen qué cancioned están sonando. Para saber el artista y la canción que suena tengo que echar mano de Shazam ya que si uso songcatcher se para la reproducción. Me imagino que es porque no trabaja en segundo plano. ¿Cierto no?¿Es siempre así o es por mi móvil?Si es porque es así, ¿se puede proponer como idea de futura actualización. Porque si no, se pierde una función interesante a mi juicio de la app.Gracias.😊

Me refiero no se puede añadir a ninguna lista ni marcarlo con el ♥️?Como veo que no es posible lo planteo como 💡 de actualización futura.Gracias.😊
Good morning. I am very concerned about the Flow feature. At the end of the month it started working, and it's pretty good. This was until January 8, 2003. when it started having problems but it was able to reboot. At the moment it is not working again. "Playback error" message is displayed on my receiver. Please, stabilize the reception of the Flow function. It is currently unavailable for most of the month. It's hard to write about it but at the end of the month I will end my subscription with you.

Da li je moguce dodati neku pesmu na Deezer?Primetio sam da na Deezeru ne postoji dosta pesama koje ja licno volim (na prvom mestu od izvodjaca Djanija) i hteo sam da vidim da li poatoji mogucnost da ja nekako samo dodam te pesme tamo da ih ja i drugi ljudi koji zele slusaju.Ne trazim nikakvu zaradu za to ili bilo sta slicno samo te pesme koje nedostaju
