One of the joys of listening to Deezer is to discover new things I haven't heard before. But the algorithm is set to play the same things. After Playing JJ Johnson's Proof Positive, 34 tracks followed. Four of them were "Laura" (from the same album) and five of them were "Turnpike" from the same album. So, almost 1/3 were the same two tracks. That has to be fixed. It is absurd. Correction!!! One more track has played and “Laura” has come on again.
While using Deezer on my Pc I ran into some problems along the way. These Problems are for example relatively long loadtimes, when opening a already fully downloaded playlist or big spikes in the internet and CPU usage for no apparent reason. Because of these spikes I can’t really use Deezer while playing Destiny 2 for example, because the game is already taking up most of the ressources my Pc has to offer and if Deezer then spikes at ~30% CPU usage or 12Mb/s internet usage, even when I’m just listening to downloaded songs, my game just completely lags out. I don’t know if this is normal for a streaming service or if the Desktop App just isn’t really optimized. It would also be nice to have an offline mode, so that there are at least no more spikes in internet usage while enabled, if the CPU spikes are normal.
I have a premium subscription but not allowing me to access
Deezer not playing full tracks of albums, then saying that I have to get Deezer Premium. Different music cuts in randomly.
At the beginning of March, the 'Your payment card is about to expire' pop-up started coming up because evidently, the card used to fund the subscription of my account expired at the end of the month. The card automatically jumped to another and all payments were payed but almost halfway into the next month, although the card has expired and been replaced along with all payments made, the pop-up continues to come up every time the app is restarted. It was a helpful reminder about a month ago but now it's just a nuisance.

My card expired, I did not update my card details on time or in the grace period. Now it says I have to resubscribe, but every time I try to do so its says '’we are unable to complete your transaction'’.
I have an Android phone with Dolby Atmos support (enabled in the phone settings). When using the 360 app (with Sony headphones), do I need to manually disable Dolby on my phone? Fwiw, I don't notice any difference between 360 with Dolby on and 360 with Dolby off, so I wonder if the app is disabling it by itself.
A feature that I used a lot on Spotify was playlist folders. I see there’s an existing feature request for this, which is no surprise. However, I actually think that system is limiting because each playlist could only exist in one place (unless duplicated). It would be much more useful to have a system for tagging playlists. Each user would have their own pool of custom tags with which they could freely associate playlists. A user could then associate whatever playlists they wanted. Examples: pop, rock, electronica, jazz (genre) happy, sad, excited, chilled (mood) getting ready, winding down, bedtime, party (situational) home, gym, car, work (location) new, old, favorites, recommended by friends (whatever 🙃) So a playlist could be tagged pop, electronica, happy, getting ready, gym and appear under all of those tags. I have noticed that little-known artists on the platform have problems displaying songs in the Top Songs section. Let me explain: an artist like Frank Sativa has a rich discography, yet there are only 5 or 6 songs in the Top Songs section, including one that is not his. This situation is not conducive to listening to the artist; to listen to more songs, one has to browse through his discography. This does not happen with famous artists, who have many songs present in the Top Songs section. This problem is quite frustrating when listening to an emerging artist. I hope you will solve
Currently I can either add a new track to the end of the queue, meaning that I have to wait for my current queue to complete before the manually added tracks play, or I have to add them in reverse order to play right after the one I’m listening to now. I would like “Add to queue” option to create something of a temporary queue that plays the songs I’ve manually added in the order they were added then go back to playing the original queue, simillarly to how Spotify works.
The offer concerns users from Ukraine. Is it possible that the web user interface of deezer automatically offer the ukrainian or english languages for residents of Ukraine?

This album, Hesitation Marks - Nine Inch Nails, suddenly disappeared! The rest of their discography is still there, including the Deezer playlist "100% Nine Inch Nails" in the screenshot above which references this album. Please provide a valid answer. It can't be the record label or artist as this was an album that used to be on Deezer, it's not a new release, and clearly the rest of their content is on Deezer. Deezer had a similar problem for over a year about the album Meliora by Ghost, despite having their whole discography and a 100% playlist and even Deezer exclusive content for that band. Looking forward to a quicker fix
