Why did Deezer membership monthly fees go up with double the membership fees? Spotify did not have an extreme membership hike like Deezer… Deezer how do you justify the extreme price hike? Are you not worried about losing clients due to the double up monthly fees, are the company doing that well?Just think a country that doesn't have a good exchange rate against the US$, we have to pay a whole lot more to have the same service just to have music that are not accentual but a luxury. I will not give it two thoughts to go over to Spotify which use to be more expensive than Deezer (hence me joining Deezer and not Spotify). I use Deezer every day listening to music on my way to work or wherever I can, I would miss my daily music service for music but I’m not willing to pay double in service fees for what I had. I would rather make an alternative plan or join a music service with a cheaper monthly service fee.

Hey, so fer as long as Ive known ive payed 4.99 or 5.99€ not sure, this month i get a charge from Deezer for 10.99€ .. I live in Europe - Slovenia.. Tbh I don't read a lot of mail because it's just too many. Has this happened to anyone else? Was there a warning? Whats the reason for 100% price increase? Someone from the admin team or at least someone in the know let me know please. I love Deezer, but considering this, I might change to another streaming service. Thanks

Hi! I've been using Flow most of the time. I have some favourite artists, but what bothers me algorithm somehow offers me all the time same song or maybe only a few. I.e. favourite artist is Foo fighters and all what is suggested to me is one or two songs. All over again. And they have so many songs.Is there any way to improve this? And here is also a positive feedback. Since I'm listening Deezee, mainly Flow for years, I had opportunity to get many new artists. Thank you!
The position of "Mixes inspired by", "Made by you" and "Music quizzes" changes after a few days. 1. today the design of the application has changed as shown in the screenshot. 2. A few hours ago it looked different, as in the photo below. 3. Finally, the design of the application for about two weeks was as shown in the photo from the Play store Deezer app.("Mixes inspired by" was under "Flow ") why is this happening?Thanks in advance. ☺️

Hello to Deezer Support and the Deezer Community,The more I use the "Launch Track mix" feature, the more I wish that certain criteria (filters) could be used with this feature. Scenario example:When I'm working on the computer, I often only listen to music without vocals. The vocals usually distract me from my computer work too often, so it would be very useful if the "Launch Track mix" feature offered some criteria (filters).There would certainly be dozens of possible criteria (filters). In this scenario, "without vocals" would be the desired criterion (filter). Another useful criterion (filter) in this scenario would certainly be "Track playing time: >5 min". In this example scenario, only songs should be suggested that do not contain any vocal parts and that have a minimum playing time of 5 minutes.I think you can now guess what value it would add to the already great "Launch Track Mix" feature. I think that many customers could benefit from this feature, the "Launch Track mix"

Hi Deezer A few months ago I signed up hoping your service would be up-to-par by now after having tried it before. After adding loads of albums and artists to my selection the “ Flow” option became reasonably useful.At Christmas I have used the Flow Christmas Mood for 1 friggin day and now these Christmas songs are haunting me to death. Each and every time I try to use Flow it starts with Christmas.Guys I am DONE with Christmas...had enough….no more please.I cannot understand that playing a few songs during Christmas Dinner would wreck my built-up Flow completely to a situation where there is nothing left but Christmas, X-mas and Santa songs.So FIX THIS or I will cancel my subscription ! 😡Seeing the fair amounts of complaints in the community it is clear to me that I am not the only one having this issue.
Had the free trial (family), cancelled the free trial as i didn't want it to roll over, was just testing deezer to see if i like it. I do. I want to keep the plan, but i an unable to manage the subscription. On the manage my subscription page it says "family plan ending on *date*) but I cannot change anything and there's a little padlock in the top right corner. Have tried login to website and tried via app. Cannot change it!
