My Deezer Subscription

Hi,

 

I was listening to music, using my Deezer Premium subscription earlier today, barely an hour later, the app signed me out and unsubscribed me.

 

Can you look into it please and get my subscription back?

Hi,

Can you sign in again and than take a look at your account? In your account you can see if there is still a subscription active or not.

 

You can try this on the website (webplayer) or in the app on iOS or Android.

If you are certain that you subscription should be active, please contact Deezer by using their Support website: https://support.deezer.com/ and then submit a request.

I am so frustrated with the subscriptions it makes me want to cancel now. 
 

trying to add someone to upgrade family but can’t add person   Or know what’s happening , I am trying to cancel premium subscription as upgraded due to change of card details and now can cancel premium , but I’ve already been charged and now supposedly have family subscription

 

driving me very mad

I’m getting really fed up and thinking all not worth it and ought to cancel
