hello, I don't know why I was charged more than was expected before, normally I pay 70.49 Dhs per month but now I have been charged 193.00 Dhs. please help me
I have a premium account. I'm certain I'm logged in correctly. But when I tell Deezer to shuffle my favorites, a bunch of garbage recommendations are also played in between. I do not want this. How can I stop it? I am using the Android mobile app.
I do not share my password. I have changed it twice in the past three months so it is impossible to guess.Today, I view my Listenting history and I see the same song played 3 times, at the same date/time, that I did not play. I have seen this over the last 4 months.I see this on Android and on Windows so it seems to be something on the back-end. Wondering why deezer is paying royalties for songs I have not listened to.
Hi,I know this came up before but I wanted to know if there are any plans to change this. I have 8 Alexa devices and I want to be able to play different music on at least 3 of them at the same time. I know this can be done by creating multiple Alexa accounts but that is not really feasable with that many devices and it has some ugly side affects. So, is there any chance that this will change in the future? Thx Stephan

Hello, I logged to my account and noticed that my biggest playlist “Eloan” was missing (more than 600 song from 2018…..) ! I tried to find it using the link to recover the deleted playlist but it was missing there too. Is it a bug? Help me I really care about this one in particular…….. I’m sure to be logged to the right account and I don’t even remember having deleted this playlist :(

Hello, according to the Firefox monitor there has been a security breach at the Deezer website on the 22nd of April in 2019. Firefox has its information from https://www.haveibeenpwned.com/.It apparently took very long to discover this. The breacht revealed ip-adresses, e-mail adresses, date of birth and other personal data.Did I mis information about this from Deezer or has this just now been revealed? I would very much like to know what is the truth about this information.

My flows are overwhelmed with what appears to be a strange algorithm assumption that because i like a few videogame soundtracks that for some reason i must like ALL of them. Not true. I don’t get the same thing with movie/tv sound tracks. Some of these are legit just good music but most are just generic and boring. The obvious feature of “do not recommend artist” or “track” is not helpful in this regard. Not really sure how to fix this, but it makes the flows more of a chore than an easy way to just get some good music playing while i do whatever activity i’m actually trying to focus on. It’s seriously often like 70-80% of the songs i’m clicking to not recommend again, AND THEN sometimes it STILL PUTS IT ON. Tried to look for how to just submit this is as direct feedback, but i can’t find that, so i’m just posting as a question… how do i stop this? Thx
i had Deezer family and i had my account on the account of my brothers (who was the admin of the family) with the Deezer family. but now i don’t have deezer family and i can’t access back to my account. and it’s annoying because i can’t connect to my account ? thank you in advance
Yo Deezer, I just got informed by Firefox of a data breach in 2019 that affected me, you never bothered to let me know you bag of dog excrement. Your help pages gives BOGUS instructions on how to delete account, no such settings you lying weasels. What the hell are you playing at?
Anyone been charged but not activated?
I’ve just noticed that Deezer doesn’t show the release date of all albums. When I look up an artist with 6 albums for example the dates are there. When I look up an artist with 55 albums, only the names of the albums shows and the albums are not displayed in chronological order. This is not helpful at all when I want to listen to the progression of an artist and not just dive in and listen to albums at random.I hope something will be done about this fundamentally important issue.
I have been using Deezer since 2016 based in South Africa and Namibia. My subscription (family plan) went from USD7.49 to a unreasonable USD17.99 over night. I unfortunately have to consider changing service providers as this amount is to high for me. What does @Deezer recommend I do as this is to high for me?

Well I think it's time to switch music companies, I am sick and tired of Deezer crashing. It can be 5 minutes into my playlist and then it can be 20 minutes into my playlist, never know when it's going to crash. Deezer are sucks
