website UI language

The offer concerns users from Ukraine. Is it possible that the web user interface of deezer automatically offer the ukrainian or english languages for residents of Ukraine?

Hey @magicse

The web version is already available in Ukrainian.

Yes sure. But deezer  auto set-up russian language instead ukrainian or english. Also, after setting the language to english, the deezer still continues to display the interface in russian.

If I re-enter the settings and set the language to english again, it will switch to english. But I already had english in the settings and the interface was displayed in russian.

Hello @magicse, to change the language on browser, you just need to change the acronym on the URL to uk!

Just as dee_dirk showed you!

Thank you for answer. You are right If I'm not logged in. But after log-in, the site should take me to the language that is set in the profile settings. This is how many systems work.

Hey everyone!

As a user from Ukraine, I can understand the frustration mentioned regarding the web user interface language of Deezer.

While Deezer does offer the Ukrainian language option for its web version, it seems there might be some issues with the automatic language detection and display. It's disappointing when the interface continues to display in Russian even after setting the language to English.

I would recommend reaching out to Deezer's support team or checking their FAQ section to see if there are any specific steps or settings that need to be adjusted to ensure the interface displays in the chosen language consistently.
