I have  a premium subscription but not allowing me to access

    what happens when you try to access? 

    Do you receive an error message? What does it say? 

    Are you sure you are connected with the correct email address? 

    You might have activated the subscription on a different account? 

    How did you subscribe? On our website or through the app (on Android or iPhone)?
