did any Latvian user have a spike in pricing unannounced to 10,99 a month in January? Or is it just me? Did you get any notice? Or did they just change the price all alone and charged my credit card because they felt like it?

As volumes can differ greatly, I usuall listen with “normalise volume” on. I am now quite positive that this doesn’t work as intended at all. It’s most obvious on CDs: I know for a fact they’re mastered to have appx the same volume throughout the whole CD, yet “normalise volume” will play some songs a lot more quiet than others. It’s especially already more “quiet” songs that get dragged down extra in volume. This enhances the (perceived) volume differences instead of reducing them.Please check on what basis you normalise volumes, and rethink what you’re doing. Because now it’s not very helpful unless you listen to techno bangers or so.
You know, I’ve been using Deezer for a very long time, so I was very surprised when I found out there had been a whole community while I was using the browser…My idea is that you mention more about this community on the deezer webpage so that more new people can be helped with their questions and wonders, they can even point out problems that we’ve missed and probably make the deezer community and deezer webpage a better place😃.Or another idea is that you can merge the community with the webpage(though that does take a lot of effort and coding, so maybe no but still take it into thought please)
Add an option for users to change their community email. It’s a basic option of every service!It is very irritating that I log in with my new account email but notifications come to my old account email and I don’t even can change it myself. Related topics: Community account email change
I am in Abu Dhabi and was offered to resubscribe to Deezer with an offer of AED 32 / month for the family package. When I continued to process at this rate, the price jumped to £17.99 / month ... this is an equivalent to nearly AED 80 / month.Why is this ?If you offer a price - you must follow through with it.Not going to subscribe until I get resolution of the pricing. Pricing is a big aspect of my streaming platform choice and with Spotify offering 3 months free ... I am interested to see how Deezer respond to this post.

Hi DeezerI have a query, I have been on deezer on the family plan since who knows when... I paid $7.49 till end Nov, since Dec the fees escalated to $17.99, I added two more family members. Is it because of that? Or did the subscription fees increase to more than double? Regards!

Hi!I put in search "xeyal li ber deri" and I got my result as an album. The album is ok but album's owner is not correct. The artist is shown does not match with a correct artist. The album is in Kurdish but, the artist is from Azerbaijan:))
A few days ago Deezer suddenly stopped my premium contract and I wasnt able to buy a new one. Everytime I tried to buy it it said: user not eligible to buy. I just tried again and luckily it worked. But now most of my playlists are gone and in the playlist that are still there a lot of songs are gone. I tried to restore but that doesnt work. I dont see anything that I can restore.I also wasnt informed about that the previous contract was coming to an end. I really dont understand what happened😔 Really hope someone can help! Im in spain for holidays.

I was playing the Deezer quiz a bit this weekend and found it to be pretty enjoyable, but I did have a few issues with it. Songs repeat too often. I got several duplicates in back to back challenges of the same quiz category. I understand duplicates are unavoidable but in my experience repeats seem to be showing up way too frequently. Miscategorization: The one hit wonder category has several songs that are definitely not one hit wonders. Why do we have to interact with FLOW in order to “Minus” or “UnLove” a song.99% of the music played on FLOW is Disliked which is why it would be easier to havejust one button to click to ban a song. On the other hand, while using FLOW it would be a lot easier if we could just hover over the feature with the mouse and click the menu option we want.
Just got an email from Fitbit announcing that Deezer will be deleted from Fitbit as from March 2023. Why?? I purposely bought premium account with Deezer because of that. Can we at least have an explanation given that I'm still paying premium with the increased fee ending up like this :(
I have been trying to stop the monthly deductions due to been deducted twice a month. First paynen is from DezzerAfrica than EzzerAfrica. At first i thought it a mistake but it continued for months and i noticed it a same amount and the reference is the same. I cannot keep in paying for your companies failibg system. I love to just “Shuffle” my music but I cannot use this feature without losing my 1500+ Christmas Songs Playlist.I’ve spent ages making that Playlist but I don’t ever want it included in Shuffle except for in December. To be honest, same with music to play to kids/cats/film score playlists!
Hi, I would like to be able to know how much carbon emission I’m emitting based on my activities on Deezer. And maybe add an option to offset the emission by linking this information to climate projects that will improve the music tech industry (if such projects exist..).
My New York Times subscription lets me send a limited number of “gift articles” per month to non-subscribers. I’m not sure if the generated links are single use, or valid for a day after first access, or limited in some other way but, whatever the implementation details are, this lets me share something I’ve enjoyed with a friend. The friend and I benefit, and the publlisher/platform benefits from a chance to gain a new subscriber if the person enjoys the free sample that was shared with them.
