I’ve been using Deezer for a few years. I’m testing Tidal for a couple of months. There are a lot of problems with it but there’s one feature that has me leaning toward it. There’s a little speaker icon that offers me three choices. I can use the system control, use s/pdif output, or use speakers/headphones IDT High definition audio codec. When I clicked s/pdif (because I have optifal audio output), the difference was extraordinary. It was at least 25% richer sound, much better bass, etc. Is there a place in Deezer where I can make these choices to improve the sound? Tidal has a LOT of problems (no scroll bar… wow)… but the sound is as good as a cd (and I’m not using the premium Tidal service either). Has anyone got any ideas how to force this? I have s/pdif chosen as my default on my computer already but it made a difference for some reason.
The app always asks me to update but doesn't update when I try? Also the music page says unable to load page. Can anyone help?
Look at Betty Carter. I see two original releases out of 50 repachaged collections. All these collections have album covers by the same graphic artist (I’m an artist: I recognize personal styles). I have more Betty Carter albums in my own collection than you have heare on Deezer. What am I paying you for? Really. Here are albums I have that you don’t have. The Audience with Betty Carter Now It’s My Turn Feed The Fire Droppin’ Things Inside Betty Carter I count one out of 50 that’s a righeous original release, Ray Charles & Betty Carter. This is a dealbreaker issue. There’s something fishy here.
Hey my music isn’t playing on the app?
I've found that at random times when i open deezer, the language setting in my account has been set to French. Obviously annoying since i dont read or speak a word of it. I set it back to english, and lo and behold, a day later it'll be French again. I have no unknown linked devices or unauthorised logins, so.. this seems like a bug to me. Anyone else having this?
I've paid for Deezer premium service and they are taking money from my checking account but yet I only have free Deezer when I'm to have the premium package, my bank is telling me that they money is being taken from the account, but Deezer act like they can't fix this problem which has been going on for over a month now

I have a Samsung TV. I normally like to listen to playlists based on a song I've chosen. I can launch a track mix on my tablet and phone but can't find how to do so on my TV. Is it possible to do this on the TV app.

When I use my app and go into the Christian music genre none of the playlists by Deezer are updated and have not been updated in 8 months. Also I would love to see the new Christian music albums when they are released but the ones I’m seeing are from 2021! there must be something wrong? tkraft8545

Hello! I’ve been moving my stuff over from Spotify to Deezer using Tune My Music integration in your player, noticed something that may pretty much spoil this feature for newcomers. And mark my words you will have quite a lot soon with Spotify’s new redesign :D There are three issues I have experienced, both seem to be related to possible mismatches in your album database. Not all favorite albums (as in albums transferred over from Spotify library) that ended up in my library had a “heart” icon. So like, they were in my albums library but they were not “favorited”. If I press the heart sign - it remains there, no changes, if I remove the heart - album disappear from the library. So the issue is that around a third of the albums transferred over were somehow added to my library without being “favorited”, which is kinda strange and confusing :D Now a more impactful issue - some of the albums that got transferred over do not “open” when you click on them, they just load for eternity. I ask google home to play a song. Then it follows that with songs by the same artist, often with songs repeating. In contrast, YouTube music follows up with related songs by different artists. Is there no way to get that type of thing to happen with deezer in google home?
Why in the name of Christ is this so hard to do? Surely this is illegal to block users from managing their OWN information? I got emails from Google and Have I been Pwned about the data breach. Thought to myself, what the FK is this Deezer trash, I don't have an account? Went to the chat to figure out what is going on. Got told no one around to help so they'd email. Email support said I have an account (how?) and to reset the password. Do that. Now I'm trying to figure out how to delete this crap. I've read the instructions - which are useless by the way - tried clicking on deezer.com/account but am continually redirected to an Offers page. No account settings, no page to manage account. Nada. Does anyone know if Deezer has a telephone contact number (from the UK)? I have some questions regarding renewal of my subscription and I am (so far) getting a slow to non existent email response from Deezer support. I'm sure it would be far easier to clear up with a conversation.

The undocumented API endpoint /track/isrc:<ISRC> returns one track with the given ISRC. But in some cases multiple tracks have the same ISRC. For example tracks 646330892 and 1672555717 both have ISRC USUM71820728. /track/isrc:USUM71820728 returns only 646330892. Is there a way to query all the tracks which share an ISRC? I tried /search?isrc:USUM71820728, /search?track:USUM71820728, /search?track:isrc%3AUSUM71820728, /search/track?q=USUM71820728 and various other ideas without success.
