Hello, it is very uncomfortable that the music stops when there is a problem with downloading the track when you use the application without hands. The pop-up appeared with two choices “Cancel ” and “Retry”.Why is there no countdown, for example 10 sec., that will skip this popup by pressing one of these buttons?
Hi, I'm new, just signed up for free Deezer to give it a go - I used the Tunemymusic thing to transfer my likes from Spotify but unfortunately it didn't really work. It didn't transfer some stuff I wanted, but did transfer some stuff I'd never liked at all (Judas Priest was put in my favourite artists for example, who I've never listened to once!), I also kinda want to give it all a prune so it's more relevant to me now :) So what I want to know is can I go back to the start, the real start, like first signup, without deleting my account completely and starting again? Thank you :)
I’ve requested access to my Deezer artist profile. Was too late with creating a password for the specific e-mail adress/login. Now I can’t engage or complete another registration process; nor can I resend the ‘create password mail’ or login on the mail - because no password made. Could someone help me with this. I see that blocking a follower is no longer an option. Why has this been removed? Can a member of the admin team remove a follower from my account? And no I don’t wish to put my account on private.

Hi,since Deezer Free is ending in my country I got an offer in the Deezer app and in the e-mail that consists of 3 months of Deezer Premium for the price of 1. I would love to make use of that deal but when I click on the offer, app takes me to the subscription page and I can only pay for one month of Deezer without any mention of the previous offer.How can I be sure I’ll be getting 3 months?Thanks!
Hi, through T mobile I reactivated my family subscription. It works for me, but not for my family members. When I open the Deezer app it shows I have T-Mobile Family. How to fix this?Cheers,Derk

Are there any current plans to launch Deezer in Trinidad and Tobago? T&T is currently the only English speaking Caribbean country where Deezer has yet to launch its services.
After two years of happy subscription with Deezer, I was unfortunately left no choice but to switch to a competitor, after Deezer doubled its prices in Israel (from $8 a month for a family account to $18), while all of its competitors remained at the original price point. Only when my paid subscription ended, I discovered that “Deezer Free” (the one with ads) is no longer supported “in your country” (Israel). I am saddened for Deezer because I know that now not only will you lose all your existing Israeli customers (who will not agree to this price doubling), but you’ll never get new ones (I only subscribed to Deezer after enjoying its free version for a few months and seeing what it can do). But it also caused me a bigger problem: I can no longer see my old Deezer liked song list! Deezer Free’s unavailability in Israel not only prevents me from listening to songs - but it prevents me from getting into the Deezer app or Web UI at all, and I can’t even see my playlists. This is unfair,
