Hi iv just reactivated my Deezer account via email with offer off £6.99 for 12months & payed it then iv just downloaded Deezer app & signed in & it's not updating so still no premium is back activated what can I do please

I was trying several times to login on my desktop app but it still doesn't work. White screen pops up and again login and register tabs. I cleared my browser cash and cookies but it still doesn't work. I'm using windows 7 64bit. Tried to reinstall it but its useless. Just switched from Spotify and I noticed radical change in looks and personalization and its bad to be honest, I'm using it on the phone too and its much slower than Spotify, need so much time to load songs. I would from you guys to make it faster and much prettier for using, add more themes maybe and make it more useful.

Hi when I play tracks in offline mode and normal mode the tracks randomly stop whilst playing, how can I resolve this as its really annoying I've also cleared the cache and its still happening

When I choose this subscription, I see the following information that after a month of free access, I have to pay 13 Swiss Francs! My region of the application is Ukraine, but I am located in Switzerland, why does not the standard payment work? If it's $4, then let it be $4. Not a conversion due to another country.

My playlist is only playing a few lines of each song and blurring into a few lines of another song. It’s on a loop like snippets of 9 or so songs that never end. How can I hear each song on my playlist in it’s entirety? This is driving me to madness! If this can’t be fixed I want my subscription canceled, as this is my second attempt for help and I only subscribed a few days ago.

Every time I choose music to play in the app, it randomly switching to another music after few seconds playing music I`ve chosen. I`ve attached a video of my screen.
