Hello, I've been paying for Deezer hifi for one year. Then deezer sent me an email, that HiFi is now included in Deezer Premium. But today I've payed for Premium 4euro and didn't get the HiFi quality. Then I found out, that HiFi isn't included... And payed for HiFi 6 more euros. ??? 10€ total. Can anyone please tell me what to do?
Very dissatisfied with the support service. It is impossible to report quickly and fix the problem quickly. You need to go to a separate forum and report. Why can't it be more convenient right in the application? Operators answer for a long time, or do not answer at all. You pay money and there is no service at all. Very displeased. If it continues like this, I'll just switch to another service.
It is still there on the phone version (in playlists, artists, albums etc) but in pc there’s only 3 options now every where and no most played. I’m 100% sure it was there before and I really miss that option, is it a bug or was it just removed?
I am Deezer HIFI subscriber.. i encounter track skip problem in these last few days. I resetted routers n devices but the problem is still there. Please let know how to solve it. Cheers, Lim
Hi, I just got a subscription for Deezer HiFi. I expected full support in the Netherlands. If I ask Google home to play music thru Deezer it says “Deezer is not available in your country”. If i google this I get a lot op topics telling me Deezer is available in the Netherlands. So why can’t I link Deezer in the Google home app and why can’t I stream music thru the assistent?” Thank you
I’m a long time Deezer family plan subscriber but have just reverted to a free account while I compare Deezer with other services (at least until the 25% discount on the single premium plan is extended to families… go figure). Anyway, I understand that I can’t play/access my downloads now I’m on a free account, only I would at least like to see what I’d downloaded so I can stream them. Frustratingly, when I click on downloads the screen quickly reverts to ‘unable to load page’ after briefly showing the downloads with message to say I can’t access them on a free account. Anyone help? Thanks.
Every time I log into deezer, after a while it logs out and I want to know why this is happening
Hi all Since last Sunday the Deezer app when launched keeps sending too the choose subscription page & I'm confused. I have a premium subscription which I pay through PayPal. I have tried deleting Deezer & reinstalled but without success. Can anyone help. Many Thanks

Hello, So I bought a smart TV over a month ago and I was able to cast everything from my phone including Deezer. I tried it today, i'm having a party so I need it, but I can't find the cast button??? I tried all the solutions previously said in the community, restarting my router, TV, app uninstalling and installing again etc and nothing worked. Could you pls finaly fix the cast option cause I see a lot of people struggling with it??? I was successful at casting yt and FB and Netflix etc but not Deezer and bc I restarted tv and router the issue had to be with the Deezer app. I'm using the latest version of the app and I've been a premium member for many years now.
Logged on to listen to my music this morning via app and was asked to sign in again which never happens but I followed instructions to find all my music gone.....not happy!

If I have a subscription in country A, can I use it in country B, if country B doesn't offer that type of subscription?ex: Premium subscription from US used in Japan that only offers HiFi subscriptions.I have homes in both countries, but don’t need HiFi, thus do not want to pay for HiFi if not necessary.Currently, the app doesn’t let me use my US Free subscription in Japan, saying it is “not available in your country”. Will this happen with a Premium subscription, as well?

Hello it is been at least 2 days since I am not able to access my playlist on deezer. I use deezer for years with Sonos and it’s the first time that I can’t browse into my playlists. All other options work perfectly, not the playlist. PS : I checked and no updates pending thank you for your help
Hi, today I noticed that when choosing a student subscription, the price changed to the price for the global ($5,99), although a week ago the was regional price. Is this a temporary problem, or is the deezer leaving the Russian market?
Edit: It’s worse than below - I have a screen clipping from a deezer webpage which states that “Deezer Premium is priced in your local currency”. This is not what they charge! ***This is crazy - a deezer user’s account page - pretty sparse - specifically names the country they are in. It also shows the subscription fee, with no currency specified. It is a fair assumption for users that the currency is that of the stated country in which they live.At no point in the sign-up process is the user alerted to the fact that the subscription fee may not be in their country’s currency. Many users have commented on this obvious problem. So, there are really only two scenarios, as I see it: 1. Deezer starts displaying the currency every time they show a dollar value. I would have thought this is a legal requirement. 2. Deezer continues as is, suggesting that they are happy for customers to be misled. I very much hope the first scenario is what happens. When playing songs directly from my Favorites section on mobile, the track does not visually appear favorited as the heart icon is not filled in in the player view. If I follow the same process on desktop, the track does visually appear favorited as the heart icon is filled in. The discrepancy is confusing and I want to avoid having duplicates in my liked tracks if end up favoriting a track twice because it didn't appear favorited on my device.

Hi :) I'm trying to switch over from Spotify, because Spotify's discover feature is not working well for me. I'd like to be introduced to new music, but in a general way not by tapping into a certain artist and the playlist being based off them. Is that possible in deezer?

Woke up this morning, went to play some music from my android device and it asked me to log in. Tried for ages, putting in the correct details. Checked they were correct and tried a few more times but wouldn't work. Then all of a sudden on the last attempt it logged in. Went to downloaded music and its all gone. Have cleared cache, restarted phone and nothing. Have uninstalled app, restarted phone, downloaded again, logged in and nothing. Set storage to SD and still nothing. Years of saved music all gone. Nothing wrong with SD, can access everything else thats saved on it. Any ideas please?
HI-FI quality audio has been added to Deezer Family on April 19. Unfortunately, I cannot change the sound quality on HI-Fi in the program settings. In an Android smartphone max is HQ, and in a computer browser - 320 kb / s. How can I fix it?
