Why do i pay more for Deezer via Apple

I live in France. I used to pay my Deezer subscription 9,99€/month. then my credit card expired, so I put a new one. them my subscription became 12,99€/month, I don’t know why. so I canceled it a few months after. now I tried to make a new subscription and it ask me to pay 12,99£/month, I’m not even in United Kingdom. how can I fixe my issue and pay the right price? otherwise I’ll go on Spotify

Joining basic free acct. to Premium Membership acct.

I have a basic free acct. & my daughter has a premium membership acct. which we would like to add me on. How do we merge my acct. with hers?
