I just noticed i have been paying Deezer two times in a month since 2018 not sure if this happened when i upgraded my phone Anyone any suggestions how to check if i have two accounts or why this is happening Thanks Mark

I just changed my subscription on 06avandervalk@iss.sc but I haven’t finished the last subscription but have alredy been charged for the new one my Deezer app still shows the old subscription

Hello, I can no longer see the album covers on any albums, playlists downloaded or not. All album covers have gone black. I shut down the phone to no avail and signed off but nothing seems to be working. Help! Thanks Denis

I just got Deezer today because suddenly Spotify stopped working on my phone. I'm currently using the free version and I understand that I won't get to choose specific songs to listen to. However, whenever I try to shuffle my favorite tracks or playlists, random songs that aren't on them play. It's super frustrating. How do I stop this?

I have a laptop running windows 10 I cant find the download button anywhere , can someone give me a step by step instructions on finding this feature? P.S. phone support would be great.

Tracks not loading on my mobile app. I've tried all these steps.Music tab → Settings (gear wheel) → Data and storage → Empty smart cache → Clear all → Uninstall Deezer app → Reboot phone → Download and install the Deezer app from the Playstore → Testing

Hello. Any solution to this please? Suggested steps just dont work. Deezer interrupts play for a fraction of a second several times per song. Very annoying. Makes the app useless, therefore the subscription as well. Even lowering the quality doesnt doesnt work. The issue is not with bandwidth. Even on perfectly stable wifi it still does it. All other apps on my phone dont do this, just deezer. Android 11 on Xiaomi phone. Please try to find out what is the issue. Thank you.

I just reactivated my subscribtion and the payment went through but I kept getting the same error from the server, after re-installing the app this error is gone but it still says I have free subscription. How long I need to wait until this is fixed?
