Can't claim artist profile

I have added my UPC and it keeps saying unknown error. I own the label the release is on and so I know the UPC is definitely correct.

Similar problem with Artist Profile. It says the UPC doesn’t match the Label, but it’s 100% correct.

Whoops, meant Label Profile.

But yeah, a link to an outdated FAQ and to the creators site, where I can’t do anything because I’m just getting the already told error, won’t be helpful in both cases anyway 😓
