for the past month or so, my music will not play. if i try to play a song it just gets stuck on loading almost there. i have not been able to play downloaded music either. and before you even ask i restarted my phone, cleared the cache, moved from internal to external and vice versa, and nothing works. i expect this app to work properly especially if im giving you my money for extra features
When I try to iew downloaded music I get an error message saying UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD? Any ideas?
I’ve already switched the country but still continue to see songs from local artists. Doesn’t the country change affect that? What is that feature for then? I know I have to dislike those songs and artists, but it would be awesome if you implement language settings for songs, or do some adjustments to the algorithm. Thanks!
Hi, The Android app is really slow. It takes a long time to load an album, song information, artist pages etc. Pressing the three dots while a song is playing to access the artist page or add to a playlist brings up a blank screen. This has been happening on and off for a few months. Is this a current issue with the app or is there something wrong on my end?
Hi there. I allow explicit tracks on my account, and don’t want the scrubbed versions. However, I find that Deezer tends to suggest (in ‘Friday releases’, for instance) the scrubbed versions. Is there a way to prevent that, because I have searched and know that the original (explicit) versions do exist. Thanks!
Hi, I'm Italian and my distributor is AMUSE. My artist name is BIG PAP, last night (May 26, 2022) my first song entitled TOP BOY - Demo was released on Deezer. https://deezer.page.link/dXdJ6hVGem2qGJGF6 -l ink of my song page on deezer The problem is that they were put in the wrong artist with my same name. Is there a way to separate my music from this other artist? And is there a way for me to manage my page / artist profile? Is it possible to create another profile with the same name BIG PAP to manage my music? Thanks 🙂
I have a Pixel 4A, Deezer version 7.0.4.62. Tried restarting the app and the phone several times, with no success. The song repeat button repeats it only once (meaning playing the song only two times in a row) and then moves to the next song in line. Happens on whichever song I put on repeat. HELP.
I use their equivalents a lot on Spotify, am considering switching to Deezer and need to have these two playlists available when driving.
How do I know if my songs are downloading? I'm trying to download my favorites list (67 songs) and nothing is happening. It says download starting and then nothing else. I waited about 10 minutes and turned the wifi off but when I do that all the songs Grey out and will not play. Also podcasts will not download, there is not even a download option on the episodes. I am a brand new subscriber so I'm hoping I'm just missing something.

I sometimes look at this view and I would find it quite useful if it covered a larger amount of albums. However there is clearly a point where it cuts off listening data and switches over to alphabetical order. I wish this was more explicit that it is no longer following most played, it is not always obvious when numbers and special characters are treated as coming before letters. I'd like to know how long a period this view is using and is there a delay on play counts being added? Something I've listened to today does not show up near the top of the list - what actually determines a most played album? Play count of tracks from it, playing it from start to finish our something else?

Bonjour, Voilà mon problème : certaines musique de Deezer ne peuvent pas être écouté sur la Google home j'ai un message audio en anglais que je ne comprends pas. Voilà je demande de me lire la playlist titre du moment à ma Google home et arrivé sur une chanson d'Ed sheran elle ne diffuse pas et j'ai un message audio. Le problème se pose lorsque je caste mon audio avec mon téléphone de l'application Deezer. Comment puis je y remédier ? Sachant que mon compte Deezer est bien en France et il est bien rattaché sur ma Google home. Merci par avance de vos réponses.

I’ve had Deezer for years and recently within the last 2 months the sound quality on the songs is terrible. Crackly and painful to listen to. It’s fine on the radio stations (I listen to the radio through Deezer too) so I don’t understand it? I really need it sorting out. I’ve downloaded the recent version but that’s not worked either!?!?! Sort it out Deezer! This isn't the first time I'm receiving completely inaccurate info about my account to my email: In today's message: "It's been a month now" "Your first month with Deezer" ... no it hasn't/isn't, I've had a premium account for around a year! "So it looks like you've only had 2 streams last month. We're not angry, just a little disappointed."... I use deezer on my phone daily and on my fitbit around 5 times a week. Not a massive issue just a bit of a time waster and not particularly encouraging on the integrity of your data and code!
Hi, I have a deezer family subscription And would like to upgrade to a hifi one. However this option is no longer available to me, yet it was when i subscribed to a family plad. Is hifi included to family plan and it would appear on next billing cycle or what?

Hello, a friend owning a deezer family account has recently stopped renewing his family subscription. Thru access of the main profile, I have created a private account for my profile, with a new email and password.This is well but I want to upgrade to a Premium subscription in order to get full control of my Liked playlist. I can’t do this. « Manage account » doesn’t give me any option of subscription. Also, it does give me the possibility of making the account independent by entering new email and password. Which is weird to me because I have already done that. seems the profile is still dependent. how can i solve this problem? I just want to take my profile and make into a proper independent Premium account.
