I have a premium Deezer account. I pay via my phone company. Now I switched to a different phone company. I have to pay by my self. How do I do this without losing my playlists?

Actually, all you have to do is wait until your account has been downgraded to Free status. Then you simply book a new subscription directly at deezer.com.
