Mijn deezer loopt vast

Goede middag ik heb een probleem met mijn deezer.

Als ik de qpp open is er niks aan de hand, maar zodat ik wat wil afspelen loopt het alleen maar vast. Ook als ik wofo heb maakt niet uit het loopt steeds vast. Ik vond deezer een hele goeie app voor muziek. Dit is dan natuurlijk heel zonde. Ik betaal er wel voor dus zouden jullie hier war aan willen doen of mij kunnen helpen

Could you please try the following steps one by one and test if it works after each step?

  1. Restart the app (kill the app and remove it from the notification bar)
  2. Try another network (4G or Wifi)
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Delete all the cache & data from the app (Data and storage, and then “Clear all”), then restart the app
  5. Un-install the app and re-install the app

Het staat alleen maar op laden. En wilt maar niet afspelen ik vind het echt jammer.
