Deezer API - Current track

To use the API a token is needed through the submission form but at the moment this is not available, I am afraid, as the request process is currently closed.

When will it be possible again to get an API token ? Why is it not possible at the time being ?

Once I am able to retrieve an API token, is it possible to get information on the track currently being read ?
