Apps keep crashing (both Android and Windows)

My Windows app stops playing and gives me a ‘something went wrong’ error every 3rd or 4th song. Android app  will play one song, maybe two, and then stop. I pay for Duo so I can listen at the same time as my partner, and for that price, I expect things to work. She drives to and from work each day, 15 minutes each way, and can’t listen to music. What is going on???

And why do I have to log back into the app every day, or every other day, on my PC?

Hi
For the problem on Android, try this advice:

Clear the app's cache in Settings -> Data and storage -> Delete all (if you have downloaded tracks, you'll need to download them again)
and increase the app's cache to the maximum in Settings -> Data and storage.

@Alfredo.Deezer  can also help you by checking your account from the server side.

If that doesn't work →
Please contact support so they can help you with the problem on your device, detailing the issue as well as the brand and model of your devices and the app and operating system versions using the Deezer contact form: https://support.deezer.com/hc/en/requests/new

Cheers, and may the music keep flowing

On the other hand, to listen on two devices simultaneously, the additional account needs its own email and password. The main account sends an invitation to its email, and once it registers, both duo accounts can listen at the same time.

We have closed all the open sessions available of your account, so it shouldn’t be a crash now.

Just log in to your account as normal and the app should work fine now 😎
