Cant link with amazon alexa

Hi guys, i cant link my dezzer profile with amazon alexa i just get blank page, tried everything

Hi @Bruno Petrovic, sorry to hear you're having trouble linking Deezer with Alexa.

Can you confirm if you’ve met all the requirements? You can check out the details in our Deezer on Amazon Alexa article.

Also, if you’ve tried these steps:

  1. Open the Amazon Alexa app and select More
  2. Go to Skills & Games
  3. Tap the Search icon and type in Deezer
  4. Select Deezer and then ENABLE TO USE
  5. Log in to your Deezer account

If you’ve done all this and still see a blank page, could you record a video showing the steps you’re taking? It’ll help us pass on the details to our team.

I have the same problem, tried all these steps but somehow Alexia App doesn't show the Deezer app anywhere, just as if they excluded it. Live in the Netherlands so don't know if it has something to do with that but I am a 10+ years Deezer user but this will made me doubt tp move to Spotify... ☹️

I've got something similar to this but in Australia. Skill gets to the approve step with account and just keeps looping when I press “continue"

I've got something similar to this but in Australia. Skill gets to the approve step with account and just keeps looping when I press “continue" 

Fixed my re-linking issue: had to go into Deezer web browser on desktop, go into settings - my applications (? Something about applications) - delete the existing Alexa link. 

After that I could start a linking from the Deezer skill in the Alexa app, and it went through properly. 

Although Flow seems to be broken again...

Have you tried what ​@ultrasalem mentioned? 
From Deezer on web browser or desktop app, go into settings, my applications, delete the existing Alexa link, and re-link again?

We had an issue with Flow recently but it was fixed.
Is it working for you now?

Kind of. it'll launch now, but stop itself after a few songs . tried both on Alexa echo and web browser player. 

 

Also for my morning routine I have a set specific different song to play at different parts of the morning to let me know I need to move on (shower start song , breakfast start song , etc) which was working great last week, but then this week I'm getting ‘i can't find that’ out of Alexa for about half the songs, which were all working last week.
